The receptionist was super efficient, yet friendly when we arrived to pick up our truck. She explained things thoroughly. The truck was clean and ran well.

Michael JI was charged and additional $14 for SafeMove insurance without being asked or even notified. The manager at the facility explained later that she did not have the ability to take SafeMove insurance off a rental contract. I have tried for to weeks to get the $14 back, with no success. Uhaul has refunded and recharged my card several times, for the same $49.94. It seems that nobody can figure out how to make it right. Please don't advertise a truck for $19,95 (+gas and tax), when you're going to add $14 to the charge, without consent or notice. Tell the consumers up front that your small truck is $33,95 (+gas and tax), because that is what you'll be charging. I won't be renting from Uhaul again, unless I get my $14 back.

She even gave me water on two different occassion, when I picked the truck up and when I was unloading the storage unit. She wanted me to have a good experience in moving. She made me feel as if was the only customer that she had.

James AI had a good experience with the pickup and drop off however I was charged for not filling the tank that I strongly dispute. I topped off the gas and the gauge was showing above the Full line at the time of drop off.

Also, I greatly appreciated the manager maintaining strict COVID-19 distancing -- mask, floor measured and taped at 6 feet, single use pen, hand sanitizer on the counter. I'm over 60 yrs old. So I really appreciated that courtesy. Merci.
Nyman BChecking in online took over a half hour because I was stuck in "Awaiting Approval" for over 20 minutes. That part of the process must be sped up or have some way of letting the user know that it hasn't just frozen up.
Kent PThe owner went over my paperwork (driver's license, address, credit card) even though I'd already checked in online. Not a big deal, but it seems pointless to do the online check-in if you'll have to verify all the information twice. The whole process didn't take too long, but better coordination/communication between the website and people behind the counter would vastly improve the experience and save everyone valuable time.

Mark MEverything was lined up perfect. Moving is already stressful. But when things go smoothly with important aspects of getting everything together, it's a huge relief. Tammy was so nice in helping me. It was actually calming. I read some reviews before choosing this place because I had a bad experience with a different location. I would highly recommend this place. Tammy was awesome!
