Dropped off after they were closed. Got charged an extra day. Probably not their fault. Would never recommend U-Haul to anyone who is moving anything.

I've rented a trailer at Capital Managers LLC from 12/22 until 12/23 and returned the trailer on the 23rd. I've been charged until 12/26 because the office was closed when I returned it. I've been there to complain so they can update the return date. They told me they could not do anything even though they knew I returned it on the 23rd as she saw me on the camera footage. I had to call u-haul customer service for a refund. I've been waiting online for 15 minutes before I could get someone on the phone. That someone could not do anything as the refund had to be approved by a manager. Then the manager emailed me and the amount refunded was not correct so I had to complain again. Guys, this is terrible service.

BRAD CYRI had a receipt for Big Lake Smoke Shop drop off and when I got there the guy kind of was abrupt and rude. Kicked us out without any information as to why it didn't show up in the system. We went down the road from there and saw a key drop off and decided that was a 24/7 truck share drop off location!! Very easy
Jessica GrossMake sure the truck will actually start when your customers show up to pick it up. When we arrived the battery was completely dead and you guys were going to send roadside assistance but the soonest would have been a 2 hour wait until they would be able to show up.

William WiltsI had requested a dolly with my rental. Upon picking up my U-Haul, there was no dolly. Also, the online check out for U-Haul is a nightmare.

DONNA DRESSENCheck in/check out process took over 2 hours, vehicle was almost on empty during pickup, alignment for vehicle was way off and would go straight right upon ease of wheel. Set up pickup in Monticello but Uhaul switched it to another location 10 miles away (cost me 20 miles times $.75). Paid extra for Uhaul's mistake. Was waiting for a call back from a manager and of coarse they never called me. Will not be a returning customer and will for sure post my experience to media resources.
