I had reserved a furniture dolly but when I arrived one was not available. I just wish I new ahead of time so I could have gotten one before hand. Everything thing else was great. So just try and let the next person know a head of time so they can plan accordingly.

Drop went quick with no problems. Would recommend this location.
DAVID MI had to wait almost 2 hours to get truck due to waiting for it to be delayed back to rental agent. My understanding is that for that inconvenience I should expect a 50$ reduction fee applied to my account and I would like to see that in my account. Thanks

Linda CDue to a family emergency of the owner I was required to pick up the afternoon before the date specified. I asked if the additional hours would be added to charges was told no it would start at 9 the next morning as per reservation. When getting contract time started at 4 the day of pick up instead of returning by Sunday we had to return Saturday by 4 pm. We managed to get it there by 4:30 filled up with gas. Was charged additional 14.67. This was very rushed. Wasn't easy at all. So to do better just keep your word when uhaul is responsible for the time change. We were given an option to drive to Port Arthur which was 30 miles farther to pick up a different truck. Also a timely waste.
