Truck was never cleaned out in the back, sticky and gross in the cup holders in the front. Location was poorly lit and difficult to understand where the key box was in relation to vehicle parked.chad M.

I have spoken with customer service and the field manager regarding the numerous issues we had with this location. This location is an extremely poor representation for the Uhaul brand and I would strongly recommend discontinuing your affiliation with them. The first employee seemed unaware that the location even rented Uhaul trucks and had to call a second employee to help, they seemed extremely uninformed on the rental process and were unable to process a credit card payment. We eventually made a cash payment because it took over an hour and 15 minutes to pick up the truck we had rented. Later in the day, we found that our credit card was also subsequently charged, and we were double billed. Customer service promptly fixed the issue and made note of my concerns. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a Uhaul truck.Nicholas O.

I'm never going to this location again. The truck smelled of cigarettes along with ashes all over the dash and console. The rear was dirty with bugs all over it. The road noise from the drivers door was loud while driving and the ride was rough. I've had good reliable service from Uhaul in the past but that faith is now shaken. I'll have to rethink my options for next time.Paul B.

Inside of truck was dirty The lady had to put my information in 4 times And she spoke very little English and had to get someone else to help her and he spoke broken English to Did not charge the amount I was quoted when I reserved the truck the day before.... Had to go to the main office and now just waiting on the difference to be posted on the card I used.... When I dropped off at the location a few hours after.....the guy said there was no information updated on his end...I had to take a picture of the mileage and he never inspected the truck...told me the he will enter it in the system when it's updated on his end....that gentleman was very nice....Terry W.
