Your road side assistance customer service people told me I will not be covered for lock out service even though I paid additional insurance to have road side assistance and such. That upset me greatly and ruined my day. 25 min later CS person called me back to apologize. Why be so incompetent and tell customer wrong info and upset customer and than apologize. There's a fee if you bring the truck back dirty, but when we picked it up, the whole bed was dirty with a lot of large debris. We had to sweep it out before we could use itErik R.
I was running a little late but was still able to pick up the van. Reservation was done on line and although I would do my vehicle inspection with pictures on my own and send it via email or text if there's an issue, uhaul now has the whole process on line for the pre inspection which makes the process more streamlined if an attendant is unavailable. ðŸ˜ŠCandy B.

I was originally quoted 68 $when I made my reservation, I was then charged 164,00 $ when I went to pick up the truck, the truck got stuck in mud and I called uhaul road side assist and it took them over 2 hours just to call me back and at that point I already had someone on the way to help, the rep I spoke with assured me there was a road side assist file open and I would not be charged extra for returning the truck late because if the situation and than today I got charged another 110 $. I will never ever use uhaul again in my life and I will make sure I post about this on every social media platform.Brandi H.

I was surprised to learn after checking back in and reviewing my receipt that I was charged for fuel expenses, especially since I was not informed that I needed to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when I received it. I only used about 1/4 tank but was charged for 22 gallons and the vehicle holds 30 gallons. This is a deceitful practice and I believe I was over charged.Nancy W.
