The individual George was amazing and quite helpful with the whole process. I arrived to pick up the truck at the reserved time only to find out that the truck was for the size was not available. After 45 minutes of waiting he was able to get me a 20 foot instead of the 15 foot I had reserved.

I always go through U-Haul when moving. I went to pick up the U-Haul truck and there was not a battery in the U-Haul. I called roadside assistance and was on hold for over an hour. Finally after no answer, I drove to the nearest U-Haul where I waited in line for 45 mins. No discount or reimbursement was issued or offered. I missed my move in appointment and had to rearrange my entire schedule and wait until the next day to pick up my couch. I had to call a friend to pick up a TV stand. I am very patient. I simple apology would have sufficed. I will go with Penske next move and going forward.

The lot is full of used and junked cars and you have to find space to park the Uhauls on the side of the street. Also, you have to work your way around the car parts to get to the key drop box.

My rental was supposed to be ready for pickup at 10am. I arrived at 9:50 to pick it up. After an hour on the phone with Uhaul, I finally was able to get my rental at 11 am. The error was on their end and their card system was down. I had done everything for my reservation online 3 days prior. I was an hour behind a tight schedule and it made my entire move that much harder. They told me they would provide a discount for the trouble and didn't. The truck smelled like sweat. And had some trash, hangers, and boxes in the back. I tried to contact customer service and was on hold for 20 minutes with no answer. Then went to chat online and the screen kept cutting out. I will not being renting from Uhaul ever again.

There was no parking, no signs about a uhaul drop off, and no lighting. The name on building did not match the name I was given in my confirmation. This was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. I will never recommend this location or use it again.

The equipment was very clean, but it looked to be in rough shape. The side panels were delaminating and had long cracks in the sides, the fender was dented. It was also showing its age. The wiring looked brand new. The trailer itself worked just fine. The pickup location is average, but the staff there is excellent. They really understand customer service and are extra friendly and helpful. Would love to see this location stock more rental units and really advertise they rent UHaul. (Found this location after a very disappointing interaction with the local UHaul branded center.)

I rented a Uhaul truck and drove it a total of 18 miles. Over the course of that I apparently used 5 gallons of gas (as I was later charged for 5 gallon of gas) We received the truck with less than a 1/4 tank and returned it with the same amount. Pretty disappointing and in hindsight would of paid for a mover instead.

First of all they were overbooked. Got there and the owner was still not there. She arrived 5 minutes late and said do I have a reservation? I said yes, but a group had the only 10 foot truck she had. She sent me to another u haul 2 miles down the street. Her husband who was also trying to run a business. I was already late and had to wait while he answered phones and talked to his men to explain the work they had to do. I began to put my information in his computer because I was in a hurry. He did not tell me that my drop off site MIGHT NOT be offering me a free month, like the truck information said. The only thing nice was the truck ran well.

Lot was a little crowded due to cars and other items, but the people were great and extremely helpful and friendly. They even helped me troubleshoot the lights (Turned our to be a fuse) and got me on the road. Thanks to the team!

This was the friendliest and best U-Haul experience I've ever had over 50 years. The owner the staff were on top of the rental right away and couldn't of been warmer or friendlier.

Car Pros of TN did not open their doors until 20 minutes after my appointed arrival time. They did not have my requested appliance dolly. For this reason they had issues with my order and could not get me out the door until almost 9am and I hired movers who were on the clock. In addition, the truck only had less than 1/8th of a tank causing me to be delayed even further. When returning the truck, they did not do so in a timely manner and when calling Uhaul later in the day to complain, they still had not have the truck shown as returned. I would never use this place again. When I picked up another truck the following day from another location down the road, it to only had 28 miles left in the tank. Uhaul needs to get a handle on this issue. This causes me more money and stress.

This is an auto repair shop that does U-haul on the side. The agent was very helpful, but he had not been adequately trained. Not his fault. He had to call U-haul several times in order to check me in.

The tenant was very helpful. There was no place to pull in or park the car to drop off the equipment. We had to circle around the block and park the auto transport in the street since there wasn't room at the repair shop.

When I reserved the truck online I requested an appliance dolly and it was not available at time of pick. I had to drive to another location to pick up the dolly.

It was dirty, the office was a complete mess and the parking lot was packed with broken down cars. I had to leave the trailer in the street. The people were very helpful though.

The facility was congested but George and his staff were wonderful. I had the wrong size ball and he was out of stock but immediately had one sent over via courier, took care of swapping mine and took care of hooking up the trailer. It was very refreshing to deal with someone who cares about his customers.

My reservation was put in by a secretary. I went to pick up the trailer. The man said it was for two days. I said i only want one day. He really didnt want to change it. He kept saying, youll have till monday to pick it up. I returned it in less than 24 hours and im charged for two days.

The drop off said it was 24 hour and my paperwork said to put my keys in a drop box. The location was crowded [(nowhere to park the 17 foot truck) I ordered a smaller truck] There was no visible Dropbox. So I was forced to leave the keys in the mailbox not knowing if someone was going to receive them, or if I was going to get charged for leaving the keys in the wrong place. There was also a chance someone would steal the keys and/or the truck itself, leaving me responsible.

U-Haul changed our truck pick up location several times without giving much notice. Despite providing 100 miles of complementary distance plus an extra day in an attempt to make up for the inconvenience, I can't help but feel that I still ended up going far out of my way, and expending more time than necessary, to pick up the truck. Our original intent was to get the truck in Boone, NC, or alternatively, in Deep Gap, NC. It seems like a bait and switch tactic was used at our expense, and for the convenience of U-Haul's logistical planning. I never had this type of problem with Penske. The extra day provided went unused, so that was of little benefit. The extra miles only made up for the extra distance that was traveled, because of U-Haul's inability to deliver what was initially promised. We made reservations in plenty of time, so it was a real inconvenience to have U-Haul change equipment and pick up locations several times. You can do much better for your customers.

Truck broke down, pick up location lied to me about the truck and road side assistance took almost 6 hours to pick up the truck to I could get to my storage unit.

This location worked great for me as I was very familiar with the area and it was the nearest to my final destination. However, it appeared that the parking area was very limited. There was room for the 5x8 cargo handler but I don't know if I could have gotten anything larger in there. That was my only concern, the people were great.

you sent me to a location 1 1/2 hours from my house and when i got it the lights didnt work and it got a flat the day i was leaving. also when i got back to my house i called around and found a place 45 min away that had the trailer i wanted and one of the lights didnt work on the trailer
