This location tries to charge extra pricing and doesn't explain why also they don't submit accurate information on the forms. Will never return here again.

No drop off box for keys after hours of business
The inside back of the truck was covered in dried mud. It looked like someone had tried to clean it out while it was raining and smeared it all over the back of the truck.
Did not receive close-out recipe.
Its a rip off taking people money after they already paid in full and then charging them for things they didnt recieve..also they don't want to give you your money that was took on their mistake of communication..
Nothing at all. Customer service was very professional and I was completely satisfied.
I picked up the truck and it only had a quarter tank of gas. Additionally, there were smashed ornaments in the back. I asked him what time he closed and he said 1pm and that I have to return the truck to a different location. He never once said that by returning it somewhere else I would have to pay an arm and a leg.

Great customer service and professional
The employee was very helpful and professional, but the location was very inconvenient for us, and didn't open until 9am on a Saturday (we had movers scheduled to come at 9, b/c our regular pickup location opens at 7am).
I had a horrible experience at the u haul on Annex in Nashville. HORRIBLE. The guy at car source was awesome. I had a much better visit at this location. Super nice guy.
