I had a confirmation at 9 o'clock at 1 place originally your company is horrid I will never use you again and I've made a point to tell it every friend I have never to use you haul your absolute garbage, you should be out of business, I am actually going to Yelp how badge you are how bed your company is how badge your customer service 800 number is, I'm going to go out of my way your company is the worst, you should be shut down, I am not talking about the final location, fuck off you haul

The location was great and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Checking in was quick and simple. However, the truck upon rental had the oil light on and we had to have the mechanic add oil. I am glad we saw the light before we left. Also, I rented two furniture dolly's and when I got to my destination and opened the back of the truck, I found only one furniture dolly and a utility dolly. When I called the staff about it, they were apologetic and very pleasant and helpful which was appreciated. While UHaul advertises its air ride suspension and quiet ride, this was the loudest and most uncomfortable UHaul I have ever driven. If felt like it had no shocks left at all. I was quite concerned that the shaking from the road alone may cause items to be damaged or broken. The dashboard had not been wiped down/cleaned in some time so the inside of the cab smelled dusty and dirty. I would rent from this location again but I do think they need an updated truck.

My biggest complaint is I am never able to pick my rental at the same location I physically made the reservation at. Instead of driving about 10 minutes to my U Haul dealer I had to drive almost 40 minutes one way. U Haul needs more 4X8 and 5X8 enclosed trailers in my area .

It was a new location and they need to put their uhaul sign up. It's a hybrid car shop and uhaul but I had trouble finding the place. Other than that the lady ag the desk was very helpful and nice. They had free drinks inside and were super easy to work with

To improve for the next customer have a larger sign showing that Car Tech is the Uhaul drop off site. I was confused when I arrived at the address because I didn't see a Uhaul sign. I called the number provided and an employee explained and even came out to greet me. Later, I did see a Uhaul cargo trailer that had been dropped off.
