clean van before renting !!!! two people chainsmoked in this van and left pile of ashes on the dash!!!!!! spilt coke wash still wet in puddle in center dash holder!!! Radio would not turn on!!! back was full of leaves picture was taken at time of rental !! No contract was made even tho we complained several times!!!!!! the after hours self service was not helpful at all and our option was no service!!! take it or leave it!!! my advice to anyone considering this location is avoid!!!!!!

Crystal NBoth rear tires were low pressure, no portable pump on site. had to drive to Princess location At princess filled both back tires and ( ethan ) noticed nails in tires called road side assistance waited 90 min for service and repairs

Nathan RJust have the gas tank returned as "full" or give the option to return as is. There is not way to be accurate about how much gas to put in the vehicle when it has to be returned as it is picked up. Either way the customer loses.
Frances CI don't understand how vehicles don't come with a full tank of gas. I was informed if I didn't drop it off at the same level I would be charged for the fuel. Because the tank sat at 7/16 it is very difficult to get it back to that spot without overfilling. I brought the vehicle back with an extra 15 litres of fuel because the gauge doesn't read well until it moves. I understand this may seem like a minor detail but when the cost of everything has gone up $20 dollars is a lot of money for some people. I would appreciate a $20 dollar credit because the vehicle is not full upon pickup which would be very easy to put it back to upon return.
Troy OWe went to pick up trailer at the agreed upon location and it had been rented out and they had nothing else to offer us, so we went to the larger location and kingston and they had nothing, but they did find us a third location that had one. They told us st the kingston uhaul that they only save it for an hour, I went through all my reservation emails and no where did it say that you need to be at the pickup location by a certain time. I am highly disappointed with our experience.

Lisa MPlease let them know how and when an app is required in order to get the keys you the truck. what do you do when or if no one has a cell phone or access to the app. You have to be ready for ALL customers. Technology does not make customer service better and easier if all thing are not in place. Thank U-Haul and enjoy your day.

Adva HThe van we picked up looked like it had been through a mudder race. And the interior appeared to have carried a garden. Windows had to be washed to see properly and taillights had to be washed so others saw our intention.
TOM FCounter guy was great, no problems there. The truck was there and ready when we booked it for! YAY! But it had less than 1/4 tank of fuel, so we couldn't go far before we had to fuel up. The windshield was coated with a film grime that needed some attention. Also the truck leaked and soaked our mattress both ends, so we were not able to sleep in it for a few days. It was leaned up just under "Mom's attic". Left a water stain as well...

Martin RWorst experience in my life. I was in U haul center at 9 pm in princes street and trying to pick mu truck. The access code for the lock key not able to open. The heavy winter storm and the lock is stucked. When I called custoemer care executive and the call duration around 2 hrs. Due to the climate the lock not abale to open. Then executive guided to another location, the same problem. In between I paid for that. Then they cancelled my trip. And J retun back to home, i bring my friend. He used his full strength and opend the key. And after we return after 1 hrs. Here because if poor lovk system i get irritated, i wasted my 2 hrs and 30 mints time. I went another location wasted my petrol. Then the manager offered 50 $ due to the above mentioned in convenience. But today they said manager not approved the 50$. Here am wondering about the stuoid service from U haul. And making my day worst. I will never recommend this company and the fable promises

Stephen Khave a look at your overall rental vehicles, Canada is not Arizona, we get snow, ice, vehicles require at a bare minimum winter wiper blades, snow tires and a snow brush. The washer fluid used is cheapest crap on marker, I totally get it $19,95 daily rental for vehicle very economical, however your insurance fees and 0,89 per kilometer then the vehicles should be ready for the weather. Customer should not be cleaning off vehicles, especially when ordered and not a walk in. I would rather pay $30 daily rental and get a free number of km's (50), customer is already on hook for fuel.
Peter HI used the online reservation and chose to pick up with the app. I called the day before just to verify everything was in order and to double check on how I pick up the truck seeing as this would be during closed hours. The man I spoke with was quite short and rude. The process of using the app was ok. Took more time than expected. The woman who called the person to verify I was taking the truck was also extremely rude and just hung up once they said yes, I am using the truck. Dropping the truck back off was fine. Truck was clean and worked well. Would use it again, but was put off by the customer service.
Chelsea GThe service was great but the truck was not ready for us to take. The license plate was blocked by a large buildup of snow/ice, the back door was frozen shut, and the back steps had snow and ice built up on them too. We were able to clear the plate and get the door open on our own using our own snow brush but we weren't able to get the steps cleaned so they were just unsafe for us to use while moving.
Michael GI had to travel 2 hours to this location because there was no trailer available around my area or the GTA. The person on duty was very helpful & polite & everything went well. I don't understand why a 8x10' trailer was not available around my area.
