I have had such a TERRIBLE experience with UHAUL!!!!!!!!! firstly let me just say my issues are not with either locations. my issue is with the crappy call representative that made a HUGE mistake........ (and im paying for it) first of all this Rep not only wrote my name completely wrong but continued to misinform me! i had clearly stated i would like a 10" truck from point A to point B, now she gave me the cost of the truck and never informed me of the additional mileage charges (which i as my first time moving with uhaul, i was obviously unaware of) now she gave me the price of JUST THE TRUCK then i asked how much it would be if i added 2 months of storage to the cost and she gave me the total (for a 8x8x9 = 89.95x2=180) so my total cost with the truck and two months of storage came out to 347. w/ change (NOW MIND YOU THAT NOW AFTER I HAVE PAID, i have been informed that YOU CANNOT PAY FOR STORAGE, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ASSIGNED UNIT ...) so i pay in full trusting things will go smoothly but they do not. I reach my location to pick up the truck and the employee at the desk informs me that 1) i had not made a full payment (which is what i had requested to do) and that the taxes still need to be charged (again its not that it does not make sense its that i was not informed of these additional charges (34.47) ) and he also informs me that i will also have to refuel the truck after using which again not informed... So i take the truck assuming okay no more surprise expenses (but of course i'm wrong.) I reach my location and the employee at the desk informs me they see no payment for 2 months of storage (which again i thought i had paid for in full) so i have to go to another location to check if the payment was reserved at the other location (i'm guessing they just wanted me to go away ...) then i get to the other location which was closer to where i wanted to be__ and still the same issue persist . they say they can only start me on the free month that came with the purchase of the 10" truck, then i am informed that the 285.00 i had paid was just for the truck total from point a to point b, the rest of the charges were for travel insurance for the truck WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR, NOR WAS I INFORMED IT WOULD BE APPLIED.. so then i am already there i cant do anything as i have not moved to the city and i needed 3 months of storage (now not only have you screwed me over but due to this representatives mistakes i will not be able to go visit my family that i have not seen in over 10 years, thanks uhaul) so instead of getting 3 months storage i got 1 and still paid the same cost and have made several attempts to reach a resolution but the manager i was speaking to over the phone just gave my case to the manager at the location where my storage resides , which he did not have anything to do with the mistakes (Mind you this manager ANGELICA C. , said she would personally give me a call back on Wednesday no later than 2, she of course did not ) i rec

No furniture pads in container and had to ask for them. Lock was completely broken off in transportation.
