Cargo Bay Storage made my rental a smooth and easy experience. Great location and easy access. The staff was helpful and very friendly. I will definitely rent from them again if I need a rental truck.
Michael M.I had to make a reservation on the day of pick up at Cargo bay storage because the location of my original reservation did not have the trailer as promised by Uhaul. How do I get my $50 promised if the equipment is not available on the day of pickup? This is a Uhaul problem not a rental location problem. The gentleman at Cargo bay was awesome. Glad he had a trailer.

Vicki S.Tire pressure was not checked before we got the UHaul. We blew a tire not even 50 miles into the trip. It messed up the tail pipe and we were stuck on the side of the road for almost 3 hrs. Tail pipe had to be cut off and that caused the gas tank to get hot and build up pressure that would shut the truck off. Adding 7 hrs to my trip with all the extra stops.

Trajan D.You need an electrical adapter which will work to connect a U-Haul trailer to a rented, Budget truck. The Budget truck has a "unique" wiring connection, and despite U-Haul's many adapters, you don't have one for that, and you really need one. I wanted to rent a trailer, but I could only rent a dolly to help load the truck.

Joseph R.To start, I called the number provided very early the of pick up to explain that we were running late. I asked to push the pickup date back by an hour and a half. They agreed and said it was not a problem. 10 minutes before my original pickup time I got a call from the location. The gentleman was fairly rude, explaining that I never called him as he is the only one working. I told him the number I called and he said “That's the corporate number, you should have called me insteadâ€. I explained that I someone called the number provided and that the number he gave me was different. He explained that if I had been a half hour late that my truck would have been assigned elsewhere and that from now on I should not call the corporate number. His tone was curt and condescending. Then, worst part was that I was billed $94 more than what showed on my receipt. No one seemed willing to do anything about it and continuously told me it was not possible. I initiated a three way call with my bank and a Uhaul Manager and still Uhaul would not help. They chided me and acted like I did not know what I was talking about. After hours on the phone, they finally agreed to offer a refund as it turns out their system may have been having issues. Though he would not actually tell me what happened or offer any sort of apology. He was still rude and seemed resentful that he was refunding me $100. It was awe full and I will never recommend Uhaul. I can not believe how rude and clipped they were with me, they literally charged me more than what my receipt showed and my bank confirmed it!!! Then they proceeded to get nasty and annoyed with me as though it was my fault they got extra money from me. This will be a google review.
Lyle R.Gentlemen I spoke with said to drop off and he would take care of me on Monday (closed due New Year weekend) he took care of my drop off within an hour and sent me my notification. Very well happy with this. Again someone above and beyond for being closed. Thanks

Margaret R.Ordered a 10 foot at another location (bell fork). When arrived no uhaul. She went out of her way to accommodate. Was informed we had to drive across town to pick one up. Complete opposite direction and put us an hour behind schedule. Man at Kellum was very good at his job and gave us a discount but I still end up paying well over the price I was given to begin with. Head light burn out. Clean condition. I stressed when I called a few times before picking up uhaul that I did not want to travel to pick one up and was also informed they would call the day before the day if there would be a problem. Very inconvenient for all helping me move. Not happy right now.

WILLIAM H.The only thing I was upset with I rented a 19,95 10 ft truck and it didn't have a ramp. I only was loading a fridgerator which made the move very difficult.

JONATHAN S.The strap to secure the dolly is pretty flimsy, made of plastic. I didn't intend to use it but once the strap broke I actually used it and it came in handy. The point is I was told I would have to pay the extra money if the strap was broke weather I used it or not. Just think the strap needs to be made sturdier.

Robert S.The pickup location and man running it was awesome, however the server/ system they used at both the pickup location and drop off location both lagged and locked up so bad that the poor staff wasted time waiting on it to work or even load . My other issue was hidden fees that came weeks after my rental. Some how I hit a toll road costing me 0,41 cents plus a $1 no big deal so I paid it. Then a week later another bill for roughly $100 ... They knew my destination and I went no where else, Im not sure why I got charged extra. Insurance should cover stuff like this if you pay for it in my opinion. Workers are your strong point business model and taking advantage of customers is bad.

KIMBERLY L.We had originally reserved a tow dolly from a closer location. When we arrived, the tow dolly was not there although the website stated a reservation guarantee (did not receive $50 guarantee refund). We waited an hour for it to be dropped off. It never arrived. The next day we drove 30 minutes out of the way to the location on Kellum Dr. The straps on the tow dolly did not work properly. We were also made to return the tow dolly back to this location 30 minutes out of the way. We will try our best not to have to use U-Haul ever again. This is not the first time that we have reserved equipment online from U-Haul only to get there and find out it wasn't there in the first place.

Crystal A.There were many problems we encountered during our time using uhaul. We were given defective equipment that could have gotten us into a really bad accident! Upon trying to switch it out we encountered many rude employees and not a lot of solutions for our current problem! Overall it was very disappointing and I don't think we will be using U-Haul again!
