I think the only thing that could be done is maintaining the vehicles better like more preventive maintenance just because the alignment was off but other then that great experience.

Communications were horrible gas horrible accommodation was poor. Staff seems irritable and fussy all the time. Just an overall bad experience. I understand U-Haul as a whole isn't but just the interaction with the team over there is just bad. I had a horrible experience and just hope the next time will be better.

I can't see anything for them to improve. They were kind, extremely helpful, told me everything I needed to know to get the truck for the job! I would give them a 10 out of 10 rating!!

From what I can see at this facility, I don't see any improvements that are needed. I will make this facility my primary Uhaul rental facility.

You cannot do anything to improve for the next customer because you can't do better than PERFECT! Nick is amazing. He provided the most excellent customer service I have ever received from any U-Haul and most other business establishments. He is crystal clear in his communications, and to the point while also being very congenial, just a super nice guy. The 10 foot truck was in impeccable condition and, as strange as this might sound, the bathroom in the small office was the cleanest and tidiest bathroom I have ever used in any business establishment. This is a testament to Nick's attention to detail. I would give better than 5 stars if I could! Thank you for a great moving experience. I'll be back.

While I was there after the return, they took a blower and cleaned out the cargo area, I saw them put the blankets in plastic bags and the wiped down the inside of the truck. Veery very professional. Job well done!

This was the nicest and friendliest uHaul rental pick up location I have ever used.

Really nothing, I was impressed! The 15' rental truck was in great shape, everything was clearly explained, and the lady completing the check in process was very personable, courteous, and explained everything up front. Should the need arise in the future, will definitely use Cargo Bay Storage again, and recommend them to my friends and family. Merci.

Please update your website. The reservation we made days in advance stated mileage would be $.69 per mile. We were charged $.99 per mile. The check engine light came on as we were pulling out with our first load and the location we got it from told us to just keep driving. That was a bit unsettling. There was an empty box of Newports that slid out from under the seat.

The straps on the dolly were hard to disengage and one of the chains had a broken part.

Not make me pick up a truck at a location 15 miles away and force me to take it back to the exact same location when it costs me 0,99 cents a mile plus top it off with the fuel I used. I drove farther in the truck to pick up and drop off than I did for using it for my purpose. In total it cost me $161 to use the truck for 20 miles. Not happy at all!

Cargo Bay Storage made my rental a smooth and easy experience. Great location and easy access. The staff was helpful and very friendly. I will definitely rent from them again if I need a rental truck.

I had to make a reservation on the day of pick up at Cargo bay storage because the location of my original reservation did not have the trailer as promised by Uhaul. How do I get my $50 promised if the equipment is not available on the day of pickup? This is a Uhaul problem not a rental location problem. The gentleman at Cargo bay was awesome. Glad he had a trailer.

Keep your word and give me the credit I was promised to haul the tow behind trailer that I didn't need

Tire pressure was not checked before we got the UHaul. We blew a tire not even 50 miles into the trip. It messed up the tail pipe and we were stuck on the side of the road for almost 3 hrs. Tail pipe had to be cut off and that caused the gas tank to get hot and build up pressure that would shut the truck off. Adding 7 hrs to my trip with all the extra stops.

You need an electrical adapter which will work to connect a U-Haul trailer to a rented, Budget truck. The Budget truck has a "unique" wiring connection, and despite U-Haul's many adapters, you don't have one for that, and you really need one. I wanted to rent a trailer, but I could only rent a dolly to help load the truck.

To start, I called the number provided very early the of pick up to explain that we were running late. I asked to push the pickup date back by an hour and a half. They agreed and said it was not a problem. 10 minutes before my original pickup time I got a call from the location. The gentleman was fairly rude, explaining that I never called him as he is the only one working. I told him the number I called and he said "That's the corporate number, you should have called me instead". I explained that I someone called the number provided and that the number he gave me was different. He explained that if I had been a half hour late that my truck would have been assigned elsewhere and that from now on I should not call the corporate number. His tone was curt and condescending. Then, worst part was that I was billed $94 more than what showed on my receipt. No one seemed willing to do anything about it and continuously told me it was not possible. I initiated a three way call with my bank and a Uhaul Manager and still Uhaul would not help. They chided me and acted like I did not know what I was talking about. After hours on the phone, they finally agreed to offer a refund as it turns out their system may have been having issues. Though he would not actually tell me what happened or offer any sort of apology. He was still rude and seemed resentful that he was refunding me $100. It was awe full and I will never recommend Uhaul. I can not believe how rude and clipped they were with me, they literally charged me more than what my receipt showed and my bank confirmed it!!! Then they proceeded to get nasty and annoyed with me as though it was my fault they got extra money from me. This will be a google review.
