Pickup time was 10am. We showed up at 10:30 and the place was closed. No phone numbers available. Luckily business next door has contact info for the owner and called him. Showed up 30 minutes later. We returned the car at 4:45pm. We received a text the following morning from UHaul if we still have the vehicle. We called the scheduling department. By 3:30pm, we decided to drive to this Uhaul location to find our the status of the truck. Office was closed.... We did spot the truck on the premise. Took photos for our own record. By the time we arrive back at our office, we finally received our invoice. I rent from UHaul regularly. This was by far the worst experience. I would never use that independent contractor again.

Princess DI ordered half dozen of bedding…and 3 out of 6 were covered with debris when I arrived for pick up. My truck was barely at 1/4 filled. A few miles after my departure, the low fuel light came on. I was charged a $30 fee, since it was returned under 1/4 tank. Which I understand that fee, but truck was barely at that level to begin with. However, what was really a corrupt charge was a $62 fee incurred to fill up the truck with 10 gallons! Noway it took 10 gallons to fill that truck to 1/4 tank, like it was initially! That fee right there was a total fraud.

Mike TIf you want to borrow your cousins friend's uhaul, this is the place for you. No frills, no extras, no security. The truck worked. The ramp worked. It came with barely 1/4 tank of gas. I returned it with more. The lock to secure the back was clearly cut in order to be removed prior and was never replaced. "But I can use my own if I want" cool.. additionally I requested two furniture dollies and blankets and was informed that "the guy before (me) took everything".. cool. Zero frills. Personable enough. Questionably safe. I had no trouble with the truck. The 15' was plenty. But it was not
