GARY SThe truck was very dirty inside and out, there were even cigarettes in the cabin. One of the front tires was damaged and lacking air. They also charged me $15 for a service I did not request. When I made the reservation online everything was fine, but once at the office the employee added a coverage that I had not requested.
ORELVI FNot sure if the location was at fault in reporting drop off or if it was an oversight from headquarters. I received 2 calls asking me when I was returning vehicle when I did almost 24 hours prior
CLIFORD PMy experience was awesome. The owner Greg made renting from Uhaul so easy. He answered all my questions before I rented and really did a great job all around. I would recommend this location again. I let Greg know I'll be renting again in a few months. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

MATTHEW RLocation has not UHAUL sign, thus customer is left to wonder how to find out where is the UHAUL office. Finally asking around I was told office was inside a use car sale office. Then UHAUL customer person was not there. I was supposed to pick up the truck at 9:30 AM. I arrived at 9:15 AM. Customer service person arrive to the office at 9:50 am. At time to rerun the truck I called the office at 5:15 PM and not answer. Then I drove to the location where I picked up the truck. No person was around. Call UHAUL customer service. I was asked to locate an orange box to return the key. Walk around the small office building in the dark and I could not find any orange box. I was instructed to keep the key and return the following day to the office with the key. Back the following day at 10:00 am and again the customer service person was not there. Using his business card located on top of his desk called him. no answer, left a voice message. One sales person from the car dealer when around looking for him and informed the of his location. I when back to the lot of the car dealer and get him the key. THIS ALL TRUCK RENTAL WASN'T A NICE EXPERIENCE. .
Hilda GI booked truck 2 separate time within the same week at 2 separate locations & both trucks was not clean very dirty I had to clean myself just to haul my belongings. They need to do better with clean up of the trucks.

SUSAN MAbsolutely the worst UHaul experience I have ever had. Wish I could give ZERO or negative stars, they DO NOT deserve even 1. Started at pickup with poor attitude and a very old unkempt unprofessional location. After pickup, the fuel light came on 10 minutes into my drive. Seriously? I've got a huge 26' truck I need to pull off and fuel up before I can even get started. And they knew my mileage when I reserved the truck. Next, the back was not swept out and had a huge puddle of unknown substance near the tire well inside. When returning the truck there is no outside drop box.... anywhere. It took 5+ calls to corporate UHaul and 5 DAYS to finally check in the truck that had been sitting on their property. No one from this location has ever contacted me. Someone from "recovery" called to ask when I was going to return the truck. Seriously? It's sitting there in your parking lot!!!!! Lastly, I turned in the truck 16 hours EARLY, and they still charged me an extra day. Unbelievable. Still working with corporate to get a refund. Haven't heard from anyone willing to apologize or accept responsibility for a terrible experience. I won't hold my breath. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!!
SOLOMON MI reserved a truck, went there the day before, confirmed with U-Haul customer service I was picking it up, and when I got there on November 1, it was not available. The back of the truck was also filled with it looked like some busted up sheet rock pieces, and it had not been cleaned out very well which I took photos of. U-Haul refuses to honor their $50 commitment.

ERIK WMy experience wasn't horrible. However it wasn't the best. I've booked U-Haul and the movers multiple times and usually it's been a smooth process and the men have always been punctual. But, with this experience it was difficult and somewhat stressful and disappointing. The movers were over 3 hours late from the agreed time. They also damaged my daughter's white vanity. The cord that functions the lights is completely broken, along with one of the light bulbs. I'm not confrontational so I did not want to make a scene. And I paid them cash for the additional 2 hours. I did not want to take away the labor that goes into this service. I had to keep the U-Haul an additional day due to their delay and got charged for this. I wish I didn't have to accrue these additional fees. With everything that has happened, I'm not sure if I will use your services next time I move. And unfortunately I move quite often lol. I haven't written a review as of yet. But possibly your company is able to help rectify this situation. And I'll write my review after. I pride myself on providing excellent customer service, I hope you and your company can provide the same. Thank you. Warm Regards, Samantha.

Roshat BStood there waiting for 30 minutes while no one wanted to help with the rental return. People all around, and after asking several times the one guy who could help was no where to be found. Had to look up what to do in that case, and ended up retuning myself though the website. The place had no AC, was dirty and sketchy inside.
Szczepan LThe drop off location and phone number they sent me was an out-of-business location! Locked up and phone number disconnected -- and I received the email with this information just the day before. So that wasted a bunch of time trying to figure out what I needed to do. Once we figured out what number to call, we were sent to another location that wasn't too far away and that drop-off was fine. But again, what a pain to not have my selected location available for this. I think U-haul can do a much better job in updating their pick-up/drop-off sites and explaining to customers these locations should not be expected.
Lisa MMention the amount you will charge if truck is not filled with gas or mileage is gone over even by just one mile instead of just throwing all these outrageous fees at your customers. Don't be weasels. Do business the proper way.
Anthony FThe problem I experienced was after returning the rental after hours I noticed an attempted charge of $53,06 the very next day I was expecting a refund of sort since I knew I did not go over the prepaid miles and I also did not receive the dolly I paid for not only did I not receive the dolly but I ended being charged for another day due to returning the rental after hours. I had to physically go up there once open to get a better understanding of the charges comes to find out I was charged an additonal 18 miles when I should of been refunded for 2 since I all I used was 18 out of the 20 I prepaid for now If it was seen I driven an "extra 18 mies" why was not seen I did not receive a dolly I ended up being charged an extra day for because that would of been left on the truck. Lastly out of the $53,06 I was charged $13,5 for gas when the gas checkmark was around the same levels as the original receipt I received when receiving the truck. My complaint is I shouldn't have to return to a location about being charged more when I should of been refunded in addition if the account had that amount in it at the time the charge attempted to go through then I would have to file a dispute with my bank for an "unauthorized amount"

HANNAHLEAH BI had to wait a hour and a half to pick up my vehicle then when I provided my reservation number the rep tells me the reservation has been canceled I show the rep the charge that was take out my account which was $104 and then rep proceeded to charge me another $74 to make another reservation when he had cancelled the first one

eryreka smaybe have a system to enter a code so U-haul would know when the equipment was brought in. i was call on 2 different occasion for the returned of the trailer. or have the equipment tracked electronically so you would be able to know where it is at

Some associates didn't even let me know they were transferring me. The fifth associate actually helped and I appreciate her.
Monique EMileage and gas was recorded incorrectly, Rental van was returned 3 days before the location employee closed out the contract charging for extra days. Cargo van was infested with roaches and was in my food when I delivered order to customer causing me to forfeit monetary compensation. Horrible experience.

dewayne MThe dropoff location is accessible from only one travel direction on the street and is also somewhat hidden behind another business. It isn't clear where the dropoff office is. We had to ask for assistance. But otherwise the dropoff was easy, the staff was helpful and friendly

After I waited over an hour for the gentleman to arrive back at the U-Haul location, he proceeded to walk past me multiple times, and not even acknowledge that I was standing in front of his establishment. And then had to stop him and ask are you the U-Haul guy. at that time I stated that I had a reservation and I've been waiting for an hour. He then proceeded to tell me without even asking for my name, reservation number or anything and I quote " does it look like I have any trucks here?" he asked this question in a very rude and condescending way. I said on the other side of the lot there is a pick up truck there as well as some other trucks. The gentleman did not even know the inventory he had on his lot. Apparently he had the truck sitting there and they were never checked it in. He proceeded to check in the truck so that I may take the truck. At this time I was on the phone with U-Haul because as I stated before, it's been over an hour at this point, and I literally was met with unprofessionalism. U-Haul then proceeded to ask me to put the gentleman on the phone. This gentleman went into the truck, close the door and rolled up the window, and proceeded to ignore that I was even standing there, trying to get his attention. I have used U-Haul before and I will continue to use them. I will not use this experience as a representation of the company itself rather just a very poor interaction with one individual. But if ever I am in Florida again I will avoid this U-Haul location like the plague .

LEOPOLDO CSmall location behind a used car lot, so a somewhat obscure, and constricted.site, and tiny office, so I'd give it 2 stars. However, the manager was very competent, polite and helpful (5 stars). We all know, it's the people that make the difference! I'd use it again if it fit my rental needs, thus the 3 star rating.

Jessica Gthe location is hard to find and difficult to maneuver around. when we arrived there were no employees in the office which was shared with some other business. the other person at the office(not a uhaul employee) had to help us and call the manager of the uhaul in order to help us get our keys. he also had to help us get the truck out of where it was parked. there was no dolly, even though we were charged for it.
