maybe have a system to enter a code so U-haul would know when the equipment was brought in. i was call on 2 different occasion for the returned of the trailer. or have the equipment tracked electronically so you would be able to know where it is at

Was transferred to five different people when I called customer service. Some associates didn't even let me know they were transferring me. The fifth associate actually helped and I appreciate her.

Cargo van was infested with roaches and was in my food when I delivered order to customer causing me to forfeit monetary compensation. Horrible experience.

After I waited over an hour for the gentleman to arrive back at the U-Haul location, he proceeded to walk past me multiple times, and not even acknowledge that I was standing in front of his establishment. And then had to stop him and ask are you the U-Haul guy. at that time I stated that I had a reservation and I've been waiting for an hour. He then proceeded to tell me without even asking for my name, reservation number or anything and I quote " does it look like I have any trucks here?" he asked this question in a very rude and condescending way. I said on the other side of the lot there is a pick up truck there as well as some other trucks. The gentleman did not even know the inventory he had on his lot. Apparently he had the truck sitting there and they were never checked it in. He proceeded to check in the truck so that I may take the truck. At this time I was on the phone with U-Haul because as I stated before, it's been over an hour at this point, and I literally was met with unprofessionalism. U-Haul then proceeded to ask me to put the gentleman on the phone. This gentleman went into the truck, close the door and rolled up the window, and proceeded to ignore that I was even standing there, trying to get his attention. I have used U-Haul before and I will continue to use them. I will not use this experience as a representation of the company itself rather just a very poor interaction with one individual. But if ever I am in Florida again I will avoid this U-Haul location like the plague .

However, the manager was very competent, polite and helpful (5 stars). We all know, it's the people that make the difference! I'd use it again if it fit my rental needs, thus the 3 star rating.

Jessica Geromethe location is hard to find and difficult to maneuver around. when we arrived there were no employees in the office which was shared with some other business. the other person at the office(not a uhaul employee) had to help us and call the manager of the uhaul in order to help us get our keys. he also had to help us get the truck out of where it was parked. there was no dolly, even though we were charged for it.

Anderson ClemontArrive at location 4:20 pm and no one was there at the little trailer office, person didn't arrive until 4:35 pm and was rude not a greet than to say well he has he life and other things taken care of, he then gave me a key that was not showing the truck on my reservation advised him and he said well that truck not here . The key he gave didn't match what he printed and he said I can still take the truck I advised him that I will not leave until he fix the key to the correct truck that he put on the contract because I will not be driving a truck that doesn't match truck number he printed. Worst experience EVER!!!!

Omar BlancoI was sent to this location… it was an additional 30 min out of the way for me even though I booked a different location and the website said they had the truck available. When I got there they did not have the dolly I reserved BUT I was still charged for it. When I turned the truck in I was able to have the other location remove the dolly from my order. The truck was also damaged. Dents are not a big deal but the driver's side mirror was cracked

I ended up without a truck because not only the pickup location was changed but the lock on the "black box" would not open for me to get the keys to the truck. YONER VALMYRI am ANGRY at you. The truck had 5/16ths gas in its tank and was returned precisely with as much. I am damned furious that I get a truck in Florida that had NO air conditioning, and I get robbed for 3 gallons of gas by you people. I AM FURIOUS. Then I get treated to the fact that your app says I checked in the vehicle, that I did this INFRONT OF YOUR AGENT and I get a call the following week that it is not turned in yet. Once I realized this, I called and the agent assured me I had the truck for 24 hors but after checking it in I was charged a second rental fee. Fortunately, a manager at my usual location fixed it for me.
