Pickup location was changed to White Hall after it was changed to Roodhouse.

Donald R.Having to pickup the auto transport, 60 miles from my home, was very difficult. After renting from Uhaul for 5 decades this was so inconvenient and expensive for me to say the least. Very disappointed at your planning. I had to hire people to be go pickup the transport in order to use it. Seems to me Uhaul should have brought it the my town. THE INDIVIDUAL AT THIS LOCATION WAS THE BEST VERY VERY HELPFUL TO ME. THANK YOU FOR HER. She is a good individual, can't Sat that about the Uhaul planning people.
