Those guys are friendly and honest. I've been to U-Haul many times in the past and I have been ripped off and everything else. They were kind and patient as I tried to scrape up my money to pay. They even gave me a bottle of water because it was over 90 degrees outside. Thank you guys for being so considerate.

Tell the real and complete rate before getting people to book then adding on additional charges. My charges were way more than expected. Also add some lighting were we pick the uhaul up, it was a very sketchy place. I will not return.

KERRY THere's a draft for your review: I recently returned a van to U-Haul, and I'm really disappointed with the experience. I was charged an extra $200 for not returning it with a full tank - even though I brought it back at 3/4 full. This kind of upcharge feels excessive and unfair. With all the stress and expenses everyone is already dealing with, this level of price gouging just adds frustration. I don't have the energy to argue with customer service, but U-Haul, this is unacceptable. Please do better for your customers!
