Cameron HAGOODThe vehicle was not clean at all, and I had to clean the windows to be able to see out properly. I was also overcharged a day. I have reached out to. Carolina monument company and have been told that the manager is going to issue a refund but this has not happened. I don't mind that the vehicle was not clean but I don't appreciate being overcharged and having to beg for a refund that apparently I am not going to see.

Timothy mitchellmore updated / valid information needs to be available on line. Sometimes, the system cannot keep up with the requests. However, every attempt should be made to do so.
Edith KemtinskiPay closer attention to online reservations' instead of dispatching the rental to others' during allotted time frame that was reserved hours prior online by another customer. Don't consistently ignore customers' calls', keep a line of communication open with fellow team members' in order to avoid unnecessary misleading, information that causes confusion for both parties'. Review the contract verbally with client, explain charges' that could incur, do not assume the client understands' your policy just by giving a paper that was not signed physically or electronically by the customer. Tell the customer the steps to follow before driving off into the sunset , let them know to read the email before doing so. Not everyone stays on their devices after a transaction to be prompted to do more steps after key is handed over.Notify them there are several more steps to follow before leaving the lot.Do not tell a customer they have a specific time to return the rental property then on website or app change the allotted time given than initially stated. Don't give customer' the run around if information is not known or factual.

Donnie BrownThe biggest problem we had was with the 24/7 program. The lock on the back of the truck was bad and no matter what we did the lock would not unlock. We spent 2/12 hours trying to get it unlocked and finally had to get someone over there to cut off the lock. The video shows a total different way to be able to access the key to the truck. It shows it being very easy by getting the code and punching it in and a door opens to a lock box system like Amazon uses when they deliver packages to a terminal. This was not the case at this location. It had a lock on back of the truck that was old and faulty and it look like it was rusted. Just very disappointed how hard it was to be able to pick up the truck on the 24/7 program you offer. You need to provide a lock box system you show on your video to all locations.

JENNIFER GERSCHI was quoted a price 2-3 weeks before I picked it up and when I picked up it went from 0,49 cents to 79 cents a mile.I think business the company should had to stick to the original quote.I have been in business for 35 years I would have stuck to the original price and lost customers are important.

PRASANNA PARVATNENII find it absolutely inconvenient that U-Haul didn't have to wait to take their money from my credit/debit card , but I have to wait up to 5 days for the return of my deposit. Fix that.my money means something to me.
David BrunoCab of truck was filthy, but cargo zone was clean. The air conditioning partially worked, the air only blew out of the defrost ducts, not any of the dash vents. Dolly had a broken/missing glide belt.
