The representative was completely unhelpful, did not have any knowledge regarding how to hook up the trailer, and repeatedly told us he was unable to help us because he has other customers. The timeframe to get everything squared away was extremely delayed taking more than 30 minutes.

Person working refused to assist me with the disconnecting a d parking of the trailer. After I finally parked the trailer at the top of a small hill and got it disconnected from my SUV, it started rolling back down the hill and crashed in to my bumper. Then I was able to get the trailer stopped by pushing g against it until my wife pulled our vehicle away and tried to get the clerk to help. When he finally came out to see what all the fuss was about I told him the trailer was rolling down the parking lot and I needed his help. He didn't seem to care until I stepped away from the trailer and let it continue to roll on a collision course with his car. Luckily I was again able to stop it just before it crashed in to his car or other surrounding property. Then, while I held the trailer in place, he moved his car and was about to walk away until I yelled at him to come and help. He finally did help push the trailer in to a spot a couple hundred feet away but it required me doing the majority of pushing and all to the steering and directing of the event. ( BTW, My wife recorded this entire event.) We finally got the safely trailer parked and the clerk said he was check my trailer in and that I would get my receipt in an email. So after having my car damaged and literally being run down by a heavy 6x12 trailer my wife and Ieft. Then I got a notice approximately 6 days later asking when I was going to return the trailer. Thankfully the lady I talked to on the phone was able to help with the error. So to sum up my $1,600ish UHaul experience, the place in Las Vegas is amazing and I would send everyone in town to there place. The place here in MD wrecked my car, almost put me in the hospital by letting a trailer literally run me down, (again, I have video of this) and then didn't properly check in my return. After this experience I will seriously reconsider my using UHaul for any future needs.

I was very disappointed. We got no help at the Carroll Fuel location on Reisterstown Road in Pikesville. Did not have a full tank of gas. Nobody showed us how to use the vehicle. And tire pressure light was on and I had to put air in it at the gas station. Then the light when on again, 10 miles in to our trip. I would like to be contacted to discuss my experience

A windshield wiper was broken and flew off while using in the rain. The A/C did not work during the entire rental. Temperatures were 90+F.

The vehicle I rented had bad tie rod ends and should have never been rented to a customer for a 700 mile trip. I had to fight the vehicle to keep it straight down the highway while listening to the tie rod clank for the entire trip. Made for a very stressful day.

The gentleman in charged was excellent! Excellent customer service skills. He wanted to make sure that everything was done properly and also double checked with a co worker to make sure that the job was done right .

The location and attendant were fine but the truck was horrible! When I picked it up I couldn't turn the key to start the truck and the attendant said I had to wiggle the key. Each time I had to turn the truck off I had trouble getting the key to turn. At one time I had to get 2 strangers to help try to get the key to turn. It took over 30 minutes to get the key to work and when I returned the truck and told the attendant he laughed it off! GET THE DAMN TRUCK FIXED!

We had to put in 4+ gallons of gas when we only went 8 miles. The tank said full when we rented but it rally was not. Very misleading.....

I hate to wait almost a hour to receive the truck. I didn't receive the additional equipment I was charged for and the truck steering wheel was locked/ very hard to start the truck.

One guy came to the parking lot and told us to just leave it in the parking space and drop the keys in the box. The next guy tried to get us to give him the keys. Seemed like a scam. We had to fill out the online questions and take pics of all sides of the truck and the inside back and front in the Pouring rain!! GOT DRENCHED TAKING THOSE PICS!!! It took forever when we were in a hurry. Bad system!!

The team at this U-Haul station is absolutely amazing! Kind, helpful and easy to work with! From making the appointment to dropping it off, the process was smooth! I highly recommend this team! You will be happy, that I promise!
