Very friendly and helpful customer service. I tried to make the reservation online in the website froze repeatedly. So I drove to the place and they got me my trailer so I could get it moved the same day. Excellent

Hitch jacks would be nice.I had to borrow a jack to raise it for connecting. I can't imagine hooking a trailer up with out one.
