Philip RAt two different locations I was told that I could rent a car trailer by the hour or half of a day.all that I used it was for three (3 hrs) hours. I had no problem with half of a day. When I returned the trailer I was told I could only rent it for the day. I suggested that each location be notified that rental was for the full day only. I was not satisfied with the answer to this.
Dana cEverything was very smooth and quick. Pickup and drop off was a breeze. The couple that runs this location are very nice as well. Will definitely rent from this location again.
Kevin TI spent around 40 minutes on the phone with customer service and getting kicked off the online chat while in a dark parking lot because the original address on the website was wrong. I called customer service and the representative told me I was in the wrong place (obviously since there was no drop off here) but could not help me figure out why the address I was told from the website was wrong. Thankfully they eventually stopped telling me what I already knew (that I was not at a drop off location) and changed my drop off to another one near by.

Donna JThe truck was not swept out. It took over an hour to pick it up because the information on my contract from online was different than what they had. They also did not have the 12 blankets I had ordered online so I had to go to another location. This was the word rental experience I have ever had.
