I would have preferred dropping off during the day in person but I was not given that option. I used the check-in through the U-Haul app but I never received a confirmation email regarding the check-in. Overall, I did not have a good experience.
John BThe person that worked there tried very hard to help. However, there was an issue that I had to use my phone to check in and lots of delays getting the drivers license to register.
