I never received paper work, but the equipment worked perfectly for my purposes
GARY HBillie and James are the 2516 4th Ave E Olympia, WA location were amazing and deserve recognition. I had to stop by the 4th Ave location to find out why the tail lights on my trailer didn't work. While James was replacing a fuse on my car, Billie noticed there was something wrong with my hitch. James immediately put my car on the rack and discovered only 1 bolt was keeping my hitch on. James repaired my hitch right away and got me on the roads so I could start my trip from WA to AZ. Without Billie and James going out of their way to make sure I was safe, I might have been in an awful accident. My family and I cannot express our thanks enough. Thank you so much for everything that was to drive make sure my trip was safe and successful.

Jonathan DI spent an extra 3 hours trying to get rental finalized and was held up for a late return in the system from 4 years ago and was paid at the time I was late but was till flagged for some reason. I called the U-Haul phone number as directed by Car Stars and spoke to 3 people, two of them would give me the same number to call back the same number. Finally talked to someone to lear the issue which was taken care of 4 years ago, and said your fine now. Very frustrating experience to say the least.

Cathy AI was overcharged, the rate online was $.79 a mile. I was charged $.99 a mile. Also I was charged a $15 safe ride fee that I never accepted with the contract I agreed to.

Kelley BYou need to put tongue jacks on these trailers. They are too heavy for most people to lift. This makes it impossible for most customers to take them off during a rental. I tried with jacks once and created a dangerous condition. I had to do this in order to return one after hours a few years ago This is also a serious problem for your employees. I have heard several express pain while taking these on and off for me. I almost reported this to OSHA

RODGER RThe check engine light came on while I had it rented and the engine would not shift into different gears. So I had to manually shift the truck. It was a hassle trying to drive and focus on the road and worrying if the truck was going to break down or not.

RODGER RWe had to delay our trip by a few days and we told no problem. But when we arrived to pick up the trailer, our chosen size (5'x8') was not available. We were happy to accept a 6'x12' at the 5'x8' price, though.
