When we brought the truck back the man at the counter just told us to leave the keys with him and we were good ti go. He didn't go look at the truck or take a look at the gas left. He didn't check the equipment back in and I had to call the company to let them know we retur ed the equipment. Then later we got charged for returning the truck with less then 1/4 tank of gas but we had 1/4 tank of gas in the truck when we returned it. I would never want to return any equipment to this location again.

It would be nice if you offered a little payment to the business place to whom I returned my rental truck. The very nice gentleman who had to stop what he was doing to pull up on his computer the paperwork, check the truck to see it was clean, blankets returned and gas at the right level...says he gets no payment for doing so...just sayin...

They need to clean the trucks on the inside cab, and truck bed smelled and had massive oil stains. They should check there trucks for tampering. When I went to pit gas in the truck there was a hole in the fuel line and gasoline was pouring out as I was refueling the Uhal truck. I ended up standing in a river and pool of gasoline. My shoes were ruined and my skin was itchy and irritated. The Shell attendant helped me . The Uhal Third party lessor said there truck are often messed with, and ordered me only a gas credit. Which doesn't compensate for my skin being exposed to gasoline nor the loss of shoes, and especially me being placed in danger standing in a gasoline river/pool. Would like be compensation for my shoes. Thank you Paula curry 706 351 5263 Contract # 97056472

Better variety of vehicles. We needed a 15 foot and they said (uhaul online) that none were available. When I got to the site and checked out my truck as we went to the yard I saw multiple 15 foot trucks and they said they WERE available. He did not know how to cancel and redispatch the other vehicle, so I paid HUNDREDS of dollars for a one way trip in a truck that was less than a 1/4 filled. I was so disappointed in the uhaul brand not this location.

They overcharge. I filled the tank 1/4 and they still charged for gas and told me that it was empty. However, I had the before and after photos, emailed them to the uhaul and received the refund. If I did not have them wouldn't get the gas charge back.

this has nothing to do with the location it all has to do with your scheduling team. i was grantee to have my vehicle in elk grove but to over booking i had no choice but to use the location that is what you need to work on

Make sure the battery will start the truck throughout throughout day. My battery had to be jumped 3 times after each location I parked the truck at.

Postal Annex on Rockingham was where we were directed to originally and that owner/salesperson is AWFUL i almost gave up on uhaul altogether because she made the experience confusing, complicated, and she did not communicate well at all. It was extremely frustrating im so glad we got some great customer service by contrast at the Old Placerville location.

The questions that should be asked. Did you pick up your truck from reservation location? No, uhaul moved my pickup location twice. Added 24 miles to my move. Was I charged correctly for fuel? No, I was ask to park truck on and incline where my fuel reading would be inaccurate. Was my truck clean? No, I don't think the cab has ever been cleaned or disinfected Overall uhaul has lots of improvements they can make. I wouldn't recommend uhaul as a service. Asking how the pick up location is only part of our rental experience.

Joey, Randall, Johnny, Sosa, and Samantha were terrific. I reserved a trailer that I could leave in another state at this uHaul location. I assumed I could purchase a ball mount for my hitch at this location, but that was my error. Thus Joey offered to lend me a ball mount of his and was willing to cut off the lock that was in the mount so I could use it. That is exceptional service in my eyes. As it turns out, it made more sense to me to purchase a ball mount at a u-haul center less than two miles away so Joey didn't have to mangle his lock. But to do that, this location stayed open past its closing time waiting for me to return with a new ball mount so they could hook up the trailer and get me on my way. I reiterate, REALLY EXCEPTIONAL service.
