The only negative comments I have are relative to overall pricing and they are not specific to this location. For a company with guidelines/rules that are "uniform and across-the-board", I found this to be untrue. This last rental made my third rental and all three rentals were at different locations; I have experienced everything from "your weekday mileage rate is 59 cents per mile" only to learn THAT IS NOT TRUE. I also experienced insurance for the vehicles I rented that ranged from $10 per day with no deductible (truck, Ford F150 long bed) to $10 per day coverage with $100 deductible (van) (and the deductible part was shared with me AFTER I had signed on the dotted line!) to $14 for the 10x10 box truck. Yep, that seems pretty "uniform and across-the-board" to me! In case you missed that, I am being sarcastic. When people budget for expenses, it's not pleasant to learn afterward mis-information has been given prior to their arrival. I am pretty sure you may have heard all of this before. My question to you is: what do you plan to do about it? You may lose me as a customer and I will not have negatively impacted your bottom line one iota but if you start losing more customers to your competitors, that just might. You are not the only service provider here in Cartersville; Home Depot offers the same service for the same price and they are right up the street. Your company is well-known; I would think you would want to protect your image and brand as much as possible. Thank you for "listening".

Our rental wasn't ready on time. The customer service rep was nowhere to be found for 45 minutes and caused a delay in our plans.

I arrived at one U-Haul rental location, in cartersville ga, to rent a car tow dolly/ auto transport, they didnt have one so he tried to look in the area to find one for me, was unsuccessful, drove a mile down the road to another rental location, they have two but say it was not recommended, , so they reserves me, after about taking 25 mins to plug in credit card information and truck specifications, one at another location a few more miles down the road, i get there, that location does not even have one, have to call a corporate number to find out where we can pick one up at, and then we finally were able to pick one up, although found it annoying we had to fill out the same paperwork and credit card information again. What should have taken 45 mins tops took me 2 and 1/2 hours... 4 different location, is a tad much.

The lady at this location was not friendly,she said we had 24 hrs to return the truck and my son said we may get done by 9 ,so at 9:30 she called asking were the truck was and if i did not have it back in time ,which we did,she will charge a late charge, i returned the truck within 24 hrs of rental and was charged for 2 days .I had to call 1800uhaul to get a refund,did not need the stress, moving is stressful enough

This was by far the best experience I've ever had with U-Haul. The folks helping me were friendly, polite and efficient. The truck was almost brand new, and was a pleasure to drive. There were no surprises on the invoice, either. It was exactly as agreed to. Overall, a very good experience.
