Well, Supposed to open at 9am... waited outside for what looked to be someone who possibly was sleeping inside to open the door... that was at pick up... Then, when it came time to drop off... Waited at the location from 8:45 until almost 10am with no one ever opening the location up... I called and just heard the phone ring. After losing 2 hours of my time which I should have been using to run my business, I had to take it to a different location where I politely insisted to leave it there... they called the regional manager and agreed for me to leave it there... I will never use that Uhaul again, this was the 3rd time that location has been a train wreck. Wasted time and money.David H.

The guy was rude and not helpful at all this was my first time using uhaul the trick was dirty and I had to clean it before I could move i was also charged a road tax that none of my friends had ever heard of I thought it was strange since I reserved online for 107 and paid 137Jennifer B.

I rented the Uhaul and parked there, then someone called to ask me to drop it at another location, which I couldn't do because my car was at the place I picked it up at. And when I tried to check it in, it was an issue, and got charged for 3 miles over the 180 miles - and if I would've taken it to Clackamas as requested I would've had to pay more for further miles...THAT MAKES NO SENSE - three miles over and I got charges 1,54 $ or something, which is ridiculous.Randy L.

The cabin was extremely dirty, we used Clorox wipes to clean the inside because of COVID and realized how filthy it was. In addition to that we ordered a dolly and there was not one inside the U-Haul. We called customer for service and they took care of it but it was still a missLaura M.

Service was achieved by accessing location through the adjacent variety market. Door to Uhaul portion of building was locked and unattended despite the "open" sign indicated. Market operators contacted other individuals who came in through the Uhaul front door from another building entirely in order to attend to Uhaul customers. Requested supplies (packet of packing blankets) were not available (vender left the charge off my invoice). Attendant indicated they were very low on several other supplies as well. Service was acceptable but not very professional and not well organized. I will never go back to this location and highly recommend against this location. Use the official UHaul location off Sandy Blvd instead.David J.

I had to pick up my rental at different location than where I'd booked it. The truck was full of moving blankets, cigarette butts and smelled disgusting. The attendant was shocked but didn't seem to care very much, or offer me a different truck or even a discounted rate. I will never go back to that location.Stephanie H.

they canceled my reservation and didn't respond when i called them. then they rented me a larger truck and said it would be the same price, but it ended up being more expensive and they required me to drop it off in lakewood rather than where i wanted in olympia. i didn't have time or energy to argue with them but y'all messed up pretty bad.Robin F.

Didnt have products I reserved. Didnt have the extension cable to connect trailier lights to vehicle and had me drive to another uhaul location without trailier lights to get the uhaul supplied cable. UNSAFE! NOT HAPPY!MICHAEL W.
Avoid adding an extra day fee. We called ahead because we ran out of gas & were running late. I asked if turning in the trailer after hours was the same charge as the next day. I was told to turn it in as soon as possible the same day to avoid a charge. We worked hard to empty it & found a location that was still open so they could check it in same day. We were charged anyway. If I'd have been given accurate information, we would have utilized our entire extra day. Disappointed this place charged the extra day fee for being 2 hours late, when I had called ahead.Jeremy F.

I was told to drop the vehicle off on seventh Avenue in Eugene I also had rented a van at seventh Avenue and Eugene when I arrived it off of a 26 foot truck the woman there was extremely rude I tried explaining to her that I had rented a vehicle that Anne was supposed to drop my truck off at that location she informed me that I had to drop it off 7 miles away I ask how am I to get back to this location that I printed our vehicle she told me she didn't know and basically didn't care terrible customer service on seventh Avenue I still don't know how it was such a mix of nobody had contacted me about the change of the drop off location. The snotty woman it's seventh Avenue told me that they sent me a text I don't receive texts so I had no idea that there must've been some sort of a change That woman has the worst customer service attitude I've ever seengary H.

I have no issues with the drop off location. I was very upset with the U Haul company however. I received a phone call 24 hours prior to my scheduled drop off from someone offering to help find me a location. After giving them my unloading destination they texted me an address. I thought this would be helpful since I was in a strange city 3000 miles from home. As it turns out I could see a UHaul location from the end of the street where I was.thomas R.

I went there at 9:30pm, 1 hour before they closed and they would help me. They said just leave the trailer here and we'll check it in tomorrow. They didn't check it in until almost 12:00 noon. The place was grimy and dirty and smelly. I won't drop anything off there in the future.Terry P.

Website required me to acknowledge that I had read the equipment instruction offered via link. That link did not display the instructions and I did not check that I had read them. For that reason my transaction got "hung up" on the computer. I then attempted the Uhaul website to find the contact information for the local office I was going to use and the site did not list that office as a truck rental site. Fortunately I googled the site name and landed on their phone number which I called directly. Ironically, the site office reported that the transaction I had with the computer went through so I got the vehicle after confirming the transaction with a human, not the computer.Roger F.
The online reservation was a much longer process than I imagined, about 20 minutes, without knowing what to expect in the steps. The virtual checkout was even longer, 30 minutes. In my circumstance though, I really needed this option, so I am grateful that you came up with the process to allow this kind of transaction.Chris J.
