It was ok. Once the mobile app process got going it was fine. I think I’m old school missed dealing with actual person. Put too much gas in from where it was so I feel like I paid to much.

The 24/7 truck share approval time took over and hour and a half. That added a lot of extra stress waiting. The online experience said it would only be a few minutes. Other than that, the experience was ok.

I find it interesting that I drove a total of 14 miles, put 2 gallons of fuel in the truck before returning it yet you still charged me $4.00 for added fuel. So the truck only gets 4 miles per gallon? I think you owe me for the fuel charge, don't you?

Just told me to drop the car dolly in the back of the building, non secured area, very dirty, had to call U Haul 800 number, they talked to the store cashier so she would confirm that I did in fact drop the dolly there, I took pictures of the area, and building just in case it came up missing. The location I was supposed to drop off at was at the ACE hardware at the corner of Robert Rd and Rome Hilliard RD. BIG MESS!

This location needs to be clear that some vehicles are in the front and some are in the back. Wasted a lot of time figuring that out.

I had a reservation for over a month for a certain size truck. I was contacted the day prior and offer the next largest truck at the same rate which I agreed too. When I arrived at the lot they had two trucks in the size I originally wanted. When I asked why I couldn’t get those trucks I was told because those customers had a reservation. So I guess that meant my reservation meant nothing. I had issues with the link I was sent to check in and their personally could not and we’re not interested in assisting me.

Location changed at the last minute, and computer errors made for huge delays picking up the trailer. They kept getting our time wrong, then they told us we needed a hitch check, then that we didn't... wasted so much of our time.

Big problems! Never received any paperwork from them! I was told that I needed that for proof of rental if stopped by law enforcement. It took them an hour to get me on my way! She added the $25 insurance, when I told her that I did not want it! Cheryl at customer service added that to some notes on mt account.

Even after checking in online to save time, I still had to wait & since it’s a convenience market they were cashing out several other customers right in front of me. I suggest to go elsewhere even if they have the equipment you need. You’ve been warned!

Truck was mostly clean but there was dirt tracked on the floor boards that had not been wiped out. I'm a firm believer in cleaning and filling the tank before returning to show the next person the respect you were given.

The 24/7 express check-in process to pick up the vehicle was a nightmare. I was at the location to pick up the vehicle. During the online 24/7 express check-in process, the online system kept give me a different pick up location that was 15 minutes away. I called customer service and the wait time was about 30 minutes. Eventually, I had to select the different pick up location and received the code for the lock box from the original location. The 24/7 express check-in is a great idea, but the on-line software system has a lot of bugs.

I paid cash and they charged me on my credit card as well. Now they refuse to refund the cash. I went to speak to the cashier and he refused to help me out and was yelling all the time. He was willing to escalate the situation into an altercation.

Location was close to my home and people we very nice. It was a little hard to find due to it being in the middle of a strip of stores and the address is hard to see on the building. Maybe more signs for them so customers can easily locate them.

Hours on Uhaul website and business website we're incorrect. Uhaul customer service was excellent when this happened and resolved the issue in a fast easy manner so my schedule was not impacted.

Difficult to find this location with the business mix operating at the same address, such as a grocery store. U-Haul sign was very small and impossible to see from the road. I actually called U-Haul to get help finding it, and only discovered sign when I got to the door. Also, it's located in a grocery store that has much Arabic writing on signs that I don't understand, with tv monitor playing video stream of prayers from Saudi Arabia in the public area.

I did not take the truck because the dealer at this location added safe move without my consent and refused to take it off. I was given a Uhaul number which I called to complain and I was told that they cancelled the reservation and that I will get a full refund. I want a full refund and I want this dealer investigated and their licensed revoked. I wouldn't recommend this dealer location to anybody. The Uhaul representative I spoke with was Paul Perkins.

My family and I recently moved and were in need of a moving truck. I reached out to this rental place as it was close by; I have nothing bad to say about the place. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. They even went above and beyond and offered me extra blankets. The truck itself was great in condition. The price point is hard to beat. I highly recommend this place for convenience, excellent customer service, and for a quick and easy move. Two thumbs up!

We were moved to this location the day before & I was given the locations number via email to call for any changes. I called trying to figure out why we were moved etc and he was not very helpful. Then we get there and they try to give us a bigger truck (for the same price) as the one we ordered is in the lot but not in the system. We didn’t want to maneuver a bigger truck and so he called corporate and had to get it in the system. Most of the issues here were due to corporate and were very frustrating especially the location change as we were told the truck was dropped off the night before, so why it could not be dropped off to our original location is beyond me.

The U-Haul agent at this location had no idea what he was doing. Proper training.would help.

I stood and waited 5-10 minutes without being acknowledged at all by the person who was working before being helped. He hen asked for a credit card and I asked to make sure he was not charging my card anything and he said no, it was just something they had to do to finish the rental. There was a charge for $60 put on my card for the insurance which I had already declined. Then, the wrong size truck was brought around. After getting the correct truck and getting home, we realized the appliance dolly was not there and also the back of the truck had broken glass, nails, and screws in it. When I called about the dolly, I was told that I would have to come back and pick it up. It is a 25 minute drive one way to the rental facility. I have 3 children that I would have to load and take with me after packing all day. Needless to say, I was not happy.

Fraudulently changed the return fuel level after we left the store. Unlucky for them I took a picture of the fuel level with my phone and will be challenging the amount with Uhaul corporate.
