I should have not taken the truck out of the lot, without bring to attention fuel level was not as stated by agent, it was lower than stated. I refueled it to a quarter tank above what it was when I left the lot and still was charged additional amout from uhaul.

Nicholas DolbergOne Issue with the 20ft box truck we rented at 21010 67th Ave NE, Arlington, WA 98223 76 station. We filled up the gas tank costing $130 only to find out that there was a leak. We didn't get charged for the rental as the truck was unusable , but he we did not receive the money back for what we put in the tank.

Suzanne CooleyNice and clean, partially stocked, but no choices on JH vehicles, no EV trailers, short on requested accessories, and did not seem worried about the service. 30-min away, in Everett, where we picked up one of 10-EV trailers was immeasurably different. Ford 26 foot truce was a POSITIVE surprise. V10/7,2 MPG over two Mt ranges pulling a 12ft trailer, all fully loaded, 2nd driver able to snoose at highway speeds, never felt the trailer, cruise control a new standard and quire a positive trip. God is Good.
bruce hammettAccording to your Customer Service Rep (JOY), the Dispatcher wrongly changed our reservation contract to an "in-town" rental from a one-way rental to Walla Walla WA. We were then wrongly charged for a late fee of $120 AND an extra $854 (for a total of $1368...should have been approximatly$568) after drop-off in Walla Walla. This was to have been corrected but was not.
don pluckerMonday 8/22/22 I made a rental under order #27263730 to pick up at Binea Automotive on 3rd street in Marysville at 11am. Upon arrival the van I was to rent wasn't back by the previous renter. I was told 30 minutes, came back after an hour, still no van. I was able to find another 15 miles away from my home. Went to pick up that new van order#27473350 as I was driving out with the 2nd rental order, the 1st one called to say the. An had finally arrived back 2 HOURS LATE! Of course I told him I found another van to rent and wouldn't need it.

Robert TrevinoThis is just a safety precaution... the tires are new on this vehicle... well, the vehicle is new, too.. but these tires liked to catch on the seams on the freeway heading north and south through Seattle.. so I had to grab the steering wheel extra hard to keep the wheels from taking my control away from me. Just a note; especially while there was construction both south bound and north bound during my trip.. which took a lot of extra time away from me. Really nice employee at the storage place who was kind in answering my questions. I was grateful at how the transaction was easier than I thought. I will come back. Thank you.

Jessie GinnisI made reservations on Tuesday for 15 ft. truck and tow dolly for 2007 GMC Sierra, 4wd extended cab with 6 ft. box, to pick up in Lake Stevens, on Sunday. I was informed Late Saturday that I need to pick truck up in Arlington then drive to Everett to pick up car dolly. I pick up truck, drive to Everett to pick up dolly they say that truck needs to be loaded first. As if I disconnect trailer insurance does not cover it. I drive back to Lake Stevens load truck drive back to Everett. Connect tow dolly then attempt to load pickup and it does not fit, after giving all info on vehicle. We disconnect tow dolly then start driving to SE Portland then get a text that I need to drop truck off in Tigard, no where near where I was heading. Meanwhile my paper work said drop off was 6 blocks from where I was heading. Brought truck back to where paper work said, not Tigard. They said they would charge me more if I did not drop off where told, but I would also be charged for the extra miles that were allotted. they called corporate and straightened everything out. Also do not believe the quoted prices online as they will add on extra insurances and environment fees.
dennis goadThe right rear tire was low, and not refilled before we left. We were expected to do that. The cab was so small that my son could not drive it. I had to move the seat back straight up to be able to drive, and I'm only 5'10". My 6'6" son could barely get behind the wheel. There was no cruise control, and in a vehicle built to go cross country that is a must.

Christopher CookWe had a reservation for 10 AM we showed up at around 930 AM. There was no employee at this location they were supposed to open at 930. We waiting there until 10 AM along with several other people. No one showed. I called several phone numbers and finally got through to their emergency line and got patched in to manager. The manager said they would call me back and they didn't. Finally someone showed up they were not familiar with the system. We got our uhaul an hour late - I was paying for help during that lost time. Moving is stressful enough and this added to the chaos. I'll likely go with a different option when I have to get my items out of storage.

I didn't look at my phone all day until I got home and discovered a text from uhaul saying I would owe a $20 "courtesy fee" for after hours check in. This should not have been sent, it should have been discussed prior to my signing the contract. I had a negative feeling about my rental experience until the next day when I saw an email with the final bill with no "courtesy fee" included. My final feeling about the rental is positive but this should be corrected. Your customers will like you better if you don't text hidden fees after the transaction is completed.
