My reservation location was changed 20 minutes before the pick up time, at least that's when I got the email notifying me. This added an extra 10+ miles to my trip. When I arrived the gentleman working was on a conference call to build his new home and I had to wait approximately 20 minutes to even speak to him. Upon speaking to him he was annoyed that they switched locations for me to pick up from him and had to redo the information in the system multiple times. He said he would follow up with me today regarding the reservation issues as well as comping mileage due to it being out of the way. I attempted to call him from 8 AM until now and his line has been busy all day. I drove down to the location which has a locked door and you have to buzz win. He did not answer the buzzer either. This man also added an additional $19.60For gas when I have a receipt showing that I added $15 and some change to fill the gas tank back up to half which is where it was when I picked it up. So now not only am I being charge for the extra mileage that you guys caused but I cannot get in contact with him to have him remove the gas fee as it was not needed.

No one was there to check in the vehicle, possibly because of the pandemic. However everything else went great. Very convenient and I'll probably turn in a vehicle there again in the future.

The truck I had was very much a moving death trap. Over 160 thousand miles. No front end truck was all over the road hard to control.when returned the owner also agreed. Said it was on its third life.

The connection with U-Haul customer service is horrendous. It takes an average of 15-20 minutes to get anybody and twice after that they couldn't help me! The pick off location owner was very helpful and cleared most of that up for me!

When I first booked A truck for pick up in Omaha I was told $205 total cost. I called back, I needed to pick it up in Bellevue. I was told it would be $226 total cost. She couldn't tell me why it was gonna be $20 more. When I got there I was told it did not include insurance and that I would have to fill up the tank before I dropped it off. I declined the insurance and after I filled it up I was into $260. I felt I was misled on the cost. The truck I rented definitely needs shocks, it was the most horrible ride from Omaha. Needless to say I was not happy with my experience with your company.

The web-app didn't work to check me in. I had to go inside and get checked in. The man who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this location. I do think U-Haul needs to work on their mobile technology a bit.

Not clear guidance on what we needed to do to get the keys since the are not doing in person contact. Had to verify at least 2 other people. I was told we were supposed to be able to talk to someone about potentially getting a military discount at this location and no one was there to help. Instant messenger took a while to get back and help us. It was very frustrating.

I found the app frustrating for the no-contact check out. I had to try it 3 times before the gentlemen at the location came out to help me. Due to my level of frustration, I did not notice that he had added a $28 charge to my rental. I did not request insurance when I reserved the truck, The gentlement at the location did not ask if I wanted insurance either. When i finally looked at what was printed for my rental, my total was higher than expected because of this fee. I was so frustrated with the app that I just wanted to get on the road. It took me 30 minutes from arrival at location to leaving location. Other people arriving after me we equally frustrated with the app process. Additionally, the front window was broken from one side to the other. I am a short person and could not see this until I got into the truck. I much prefer to have someone at the location to help with the entire process...checking in, walk around to check with damage, etc.. This was not a positive experience for me. I would also like to know if I can get the $28 fee refunded since I never asked for it.

had to call 6 times to try to rent a truck,never work.. finally a guy was leaving the business asked if i need help i said that would be nice went in side he took care of me in 5 minutes .. charged me 14.00 dollars for something never ask me about anything just charged me 14.00.. reral nice.. bad business..
