The app we had to use to check in and out the equipment didn't work. Both times we had to go into the store to do everything in person. Fortunately our pick-up and drop-off hours happened during store hours but if they hadn't been, we would have had an issue.KARI W.

The guy was super nice and respectful funny and professional. I had forgotten about the location till a friend reminded me but this place was perfect and I pulled the truck out and around to do a quick inspection of damage to let him know and he had it taken care of. Problem with the pre-check-in. Drivers license photo would not load. Counter person said it loaded upside down and U-Haul (I'm assuming software) didn't like that. I made another reservation today. Same problem. Software should be quick, easy, simple. Should provide instructions if its going to be that picky. I don't have time to mess with that stuff.Robert K.

Have people answer phones without being on hold for over 30 minutes. Check the trucks before you rent them out. Our first truck we rented started smoking out the engine (coolant had a leak somewhere we think) after driving for maybe 5 miles to load it up. Had to wait around 3 hours for them to finally get us another truck so we could start moving. The gentleman we worked with for our replacement truck (didn't catch his name but he was working at the cash flow building) was great though. Very disappointed in service. Both people were extremely friendly and helpful at pickup and drop off location. I was disappointed that we had to settle for a 20ft instead of a 26ft but overall a good experience. Also Uhaul please find a better system for a " "one way"move other that calling 48 hours ahead of time to notify the customer about the availability.Scott T.

Please REFUND the "Safe Move" charges -14,95 $ and send back to my credit card. I did NOT sign up for this. Also, and this is a BIGGIE, nobody was at this U-Haul location when I went to pick up this truck. The store hours said open until 2:00 PM. I got there at 1:22 PM. It then took me more than 45 minutes to get this truck using my iPhone. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had trying to rent a truck. Terrible! Worst! Uuugh!Gregory S.

The no contact pick up is terrible. Not only is it very slow but I was never informed that as a military member I would need to upload a copy of my LES. I was already at the location after I was told to upload it. I ended up having to go in and check outCarlos M.

My reservation location was changed 20 minutes before the pick up time, at least that's when I got the email notifying me. This added an extra 10+ miles to my trip. When I arrived the gentleman working was on a conference call to build his new home and I had to wait approximately 20 minutes to even speak to him. Upon speaking to him he was annoyed that they switched locations for me to pick up from him and had to redo the information in the system multiple times. He said he would follow up with me today regarding the reservation issues as well as comping mileage due to it being out of the way. I attempted to call him from 8 AM until now and his line has been busy all day. I drove down to the location which has a locked door and you have to buzz win. He did not answer the buzzer either. This man also added an additional 19,60 $For gas when I have a receipt showing that I added 15 $and some change to fill the gas tank back up to half which is where it was when I picked it up. So now not only am I being charge for the extra mileage that you guys caused but I cannot get in contact with him to have him remove the gas fee as it was not needed.HEATHER H.

The truck I had was very much a moving death trap. Over 160 thousand miles. No front end truck was all over the road hard to control.when returned the owner also agreed. Said it was on its third life.Dan J.

The connection with U-Haul customer service is horrendous. It takes an average of 15-20 minutes to get anybody and twice after that they couldn't help me! The pick off location owner was very helpful and cleared most of that up for me!Randy W.

When I first booked A truck for pick up in Omaha I was told 205 $total cost. I called back, I needed to pick it up in Bellevue. I was told it would be 226 $total cost. She couldn't tell me why it was gonna be 20 $more. When I got there I was told it did not include insurance and that I would have to fill up the tank before I dropped it off. I declined the insurance and after I filled it up I was into 260 $. I felt I was misled on the cost. The truck I rented definitely needs shocks, it was the most horrible ride from Omaha. Needless to say I was not happy with my experience with your company.Karen M.

The web-app didn't work to check me in. I had to go inside and get checked in. The man who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this location. I do think U-Haul needs to work on their mobile technology a bit.Benjamin W.
