This is NOT pickup LOCATIONs fault!!! But UHAUL reservations fault!!! I reserved and truck&trailer 2wks early march23 on your website from Bellingham Wa(to) Surprise Az. The UHAUL location is 6 miles from my home. I checked on it to make sure it was all good on Mon april 1. I got a call from uHAUL Thursday 24hrs before i needed it april 5 , saying my truck is ready and can be picked up in Cashmere Wa…. 184 miles away !!!! ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR miles! One WAY…. Lets think about this logically…. This ment i had to quit my job 2days early and drive over a mountain pass184miles turn around and drive back 184miles to pack a whole house into a 26'truck….! Just so i can THEN drive back across the mountian pass 184 just to go past the uhaul spot i was just at 24hours ago…. Logic….. i think not. BAD customer service?? YES…. Absolutely. I reserved a truck 6miles from home and had NO OTHER CHOICE. With such short 24hour notice!!! Try giving customers more notice like maybe 72hours especially when you can see in your computer the routes &locations of said trucks. The truck&trailer worked well. The pick up place was perfect. The phone call with such short notice did NOT. Please try and figure this out.

I didn't get a chance to do anything, I got six miles down the road and the move was cancelled for the day. I returned the truck.

Thankful to be able to rent a truck I can depend on. I've used U-Haul for my many, many moves over the years. Always dependable and reliable, easy to rent, reasonably priced. U-Haul has saved me thousands if I had to hire movers every time I moved! Cashmere Mini Mart was great, friendly, super clean truck, easy drop off.

Although I had zero issues with the truck the "check engine light" was on. When you're traveling you're more at peace knowing your equipment is up to date. You're busy moving and assume the professional moving organization is providing you with the right equipment. I didn't notice the light until 20 miles into the trip. No problems though. Thank you. This is the only reason I didn't provide an "excellent" rating. Merci encore!

The lady who met me at the mini-mart door was rude. The U-Haul staff left work early (3:30 p.m.), so they were not there to process my return, and then reported my fuel level incorrectly the next morning in my absence.

If I could rate U-Haul with a negative to infinity number I would. Nothing about this move went well except that I arrived in one piece. From the minute uhaul called me to say my truck wasn't going to be available on the date I reserved, to losing my packing supply order, to refusing to pay me my deposit back or the 50$ PROMISED and paid for with extra gas to drop off the truck where it was convienent for the company, I was lied to, dealt with the WORST customer service in Wenatchee, and I pray I never have to rent a moving truck again. If I do, it won't be with your company, I lost 16 hours of work, 150$ that was to be returned, drove a truck through multiple states with a dying transmission and bad brakes. So disappointed and very stressful.

Good Customer Service, however I discovered an Appliance Handtruck in the trailer when I got to the Load-Out site. Pickup Site personnel may want to revisit their Checkout Procedures.

We will never use you again. And consistently will share story how accused us of stealing car when we told you up front Sultan has very limited cell coverage and your app sucks.

There were pine needles all over the ramp and it had tracked into the back.

It is a small town convenience store. There were two people working and although it wasn't busy except for people getting gas, (No customers actually in the store at the time) they said they'd get the truck checked in the next day on March 6th, when it was actually due back and told me to just park it in the adjacent gravel and muddy lot and bring the keys back to them. They didn't check the truck in until March 8th. LAZY STAFF ! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !

The service at this location was great. But my overall experience with U-Haul was not great and I'm not sure I would use you again. I reserved the truck from my he East Wenatchee location and got a call the night before the move that they didn't have the truck and I'd have to go to cashmere to rent it. That added a lot more mileage and more gas that I had to pay because of Uhauls mistake. I don't think that is fair. And I couldn't pick the truck up for 1,5 hours later than I needed it.

I suggest three full bags of furniture pads and a hand dolly makes it chalkboard to load the truck I personally would only include what is ordered and if none don't leave them in there. Also a Dropbox at this location should be available. Thank you Cheri

Have the reserved equipment ready for pick! They gave my truck away, had 2 other bigger trucks there not checked in from last customer, claimed I could not rent it because he couldn't figure out how to check it in. He told me I was pretty much out of luck! I had gotten dropped off so I had no ride back. I called main office to U-Haul, they talked the guy through getting other truck check in process. It wasn't swept out or appliances cart or blankets weren't in there. It was a stressful 1 1/2 to get on the road with a truck. I had movers scheduled at 9:00am next day to get me moved! That location is running a mini mart , pizza take out business along with U-Haul. The guy just complained that he was to busy to get me checked in & they were running 3 business. Moving is stressful enough coordinating all the things that need to take place. Then to deal with this. I would not recommend this location!

The truck keys weren't in the store so the representative was just going to cancel my guaranteed rental with no alternate plan recommended or suggested. Just oh whoops, sorry. My dad went out to truck, and the keys were sitting IN it. Then magically the rental went on. I was told it had a quarter tank, but the tank was super empty and the indicator bobber was even stuck to the bottom of the tank. I feel like I was NOT valued as a customer and almost feel taken advantage of.

We had to drive for 2 hrs. and 15 min. to get here and pick up the truck. It was 125 miles and then we had to drive another 125 miles home to load it. They allowed us 100 miles for this trip. They only allowed us 260 miles from our home in Redmond, Wa. to our new home in Moscow, Idaho and it was 300 miles.

The only issue that wasn't anything bad was a little cigarette smell in the cab. Received excellent help from Mr. Stewert!

I reserved to truck for 7am, but when we showed up they said we had to wait until 9am to get the key (even though the establishment was in fact open). When we came back at 9am they canceled our reservation. Total nightmare. We were able to get another reservation, but it set us back by a lot on our planned move.

I didn't receive my receipt as promised. I checked with UHaul and it turns out the staff was new and busy running their mini mart. Once contacted by U-Haul they got the issue quickly sorted. I have used this location in the past with no problems. I'm sure once the current staff has more experience all will be well. I'll use them in the future.

I am impressed with the courdios professional from the staff at the (Cashmere Mini Mart) 5607 Sunset highway Cashmere, Washington 98815. They were fast, knowable and made sure I was taking care of.

We used the app to drop-off our truck. It was easy to follow but did not provide instructions for what to do with the key. It seemed like this option would allow a contactless experience but we ended up having to go inside and leave our key with a mask-less employee.

The Cashmere location on Sunset is a very good location to do business with above average on all areas. Je les recommande fortement.

I requested and confirmed moving pads. I did. It get them and my equipment was n razored properly for the drive. Then!!! I got charged for them. I am very unhappy and I mentioned this to the store and have not been contacted about it but I was charged for it at check in.

The drop off location was an hour away from our home! We were not allowed to drop off the truck at our final destination. There were two locations with in ten miles near our home! We were told that the business would get find for having to much equipment! Why would that be our problem as the customer!!! Customer service was definitely lacking on Uhaul's part when it came to the one drop off!!! We had to drive the uhaul truck and our personal vehicle an hour away! We were told that we would be given extra mileage, however, we had to re-fill the gas tank! It was an enconvinience! Aside from this, the truck ran great!

Have the truck and trailer more thoroughly inspected and cleaned. Also, honor your reservations. I booked almost 2 months in advance and truck was not available at original location I reserved to pick it up. Had to drive an additional hour to another location. Loss of time and gas $$. Very disappointed in Uhaul now.

Nothing. We got caught in traffic and construction delaying our arrival time. Called and tenant was AWESOME! Said that since we called we would not be charged. We were about 40 minutes late. Very reasonable and understanding. Great common sense! Thank you. Would rent here again.

I was a bit wary having read some mixed reviews, but I had a great experience with this location. The people were helpful and friendly, the equipment was as clean as I could hope for, and the price was fair.

No wonder U-Haul trucks and trailers are seen everywhere - so easy to reserve, pick up, and drop off! Very reasonable price! Thank you to U-Haul folks!

Key drop box!! There is none. Don't tell people to use the drop box if it doesn't exist.

I was ripped off. Told there wasn't equipment in the town I live in for an in-town move, so instead I had to go 24 miles round trip out of my way (oh, and pay for the mileage...cool). How is that ok? The guy said the reservation was $49,99 when online it was $39.99. The truck was filthy when I got it - someone had just moved juniper bushes in the truck and the cab was nasty. It leaked water on my belongings too. I've done well over a dozen moves using uhaul, and in the future I may think twice based on this experience.
