Extremely unorganized and hard to check in online.
Renea AbateDrop-off location charged me a $25 cleaning fee without any explanation. As far as I'm concerned, the truck was dropped off as clean as when I had picked it up. So I believe that the cleaning fee was an unwarranted charge, especially since I left the vehicle with over a 1/8 tank more gas than was in it upon receipt.

Juan Riverathis was put in for a pick-up due to the lack of knowledge of using a smartphone app. Once there it took over 30 minutes to gain access to the truck. and when we returned there were several charges that came up on the credit card when this prepaid when ordering this truck I am just so upset that this was charged on order, then on pick up of the truck and another on return we did not use this truck for more than an hour
Tamela Burns1. The equipment was sufficiently clean, Ok. 2. The link provided, THE APP navigation were NOT AT ALL INTUITIVE nor flowing. It required a lot of looking into multiple pages, and menus JUST to find where and how to get the reservation vehicle. 3. The Phone Customer Service REPRESENTATIVE who helped me get the vehicle and get me through the automated process was above average, very helpful, EXCELLENT!!!
JUAN CARLOS VILLANUEVAWhen I arrived to complete the check-in process on my mobile device, it took so long for the approval after I had successfully took selfie and provide front and back license. I had to call the 800 number which was annoying and they had to push it through. The app needs work because it did the same thing when I returned the truck. The page kept circling. Once that is improved, this will be a great process.

MICHAEL RIDERThe lot could have been a little more well lit. I'm not sure what you consider clean but the cupholders inside the cab and on the outside was visible dirt. Also it took very long to even get the truck once we arrived at the lot and that really ate into our moving time.

MICHAEL SPENCERThe U-Haul mobile app has bugs. After trying to upload an odometer image several times, I had to give up and ask the manager to finish the return of the truck. I'm giving ,5 stars because the location is convenient and the manager was great. But U-Haul needs better software testing and development practices. Also, on my phone, you sometimes can't see the field whole typing... Come on guys. Get it together

Curt RandallThe car I drove (with the Arizona registration) is a death trap 瘝! You need to work on the suspensions, the steeering wheel (very weak and could cause a catastrophe). Also, your customer service line must be active at all times.
