Best drive was great. Good communication
WALTER B.The windshield was cracked and the truck was not clean. He said to just take a photo with my phone and send it to Uhaul. He gave me no paperwork and did not personally inspect the truck, like I am used to. He marked on his phone app that I would call and let you know where I would drop the truck off at. And the CM said I would have to pay a fee for not dropping it off at the designated place on the text from them.
