I dealt with a professional and polite person during checkin and another during checkout. Both ladies were easy to talk with and answered all my questions. I noticed the left fender and forward floor board were both damaged. The first person went over the damage and the X's that show that they already now about it. She helped me attach it and even went over the lights, to make sure they work. This was my first time renting from U-Haul and I would not hesitate to come back.

She told us exactly what to expect for the rental fee, and she was very efficient in telling us what we needed to do. We were in and out of the store with the cargo van within minutes. The return process was also very easy. We will definitely rent from this UHaul location in the future.

It was clearly visible on the front seat so if someone had gone into the van after we left, they should have seen it but didn't. My card was charged $10 more than my receipt showed and gas was charged far more than was used
