This was the most comfortable UHaul truck that I have EVER rented. When I came to reserve and drop off, the owners were there. I did also have encounters with the Manager and Relief Managers. The staff here is top notch. I appreciate them.AEVYN P.

I think you guys try to rip off the customer. I did fill up the gas before I returned the truck but they said I didn't so they still charging me for the gas that's ridiculous ðŸ˜'. They should check the truck when the return it otherwise.TRI P.
The only issue was with the online reservation system. I selected a 2:30 pickup time and it defaulted to 9am. I had to call the location and they fixed it.WAYNE K.
After being told by uhaul to drop off here I was told by the manager that she wouldn't take it. I call uhaul in the parking lot and after a few minutes she comes out with an attitude saying she'll take it now.ZACHARY S.

Overall attitude of this dealer. Promote themselves as a UHaul dealer but when there's a problem, they take no responsibility and blame it on UHaul. Would advise UHaul to go on line and view all the complaints. There's a condescending attitude and rudeness with this dealer. Will not refer anyone or deal with them again.THOMAS G.

The 15 foot truck had a yellow engine waring light. It worked fine for my short move but caused me to worry. Drop-off online instructions were confusing... all I really had to do was park and drop the key in the after hours drop box.THOMAS B.
I would have rated this place excellent but the charged me for 2 gallon of gas for 10 $. I know that tank was full I filled it at the gas station a block away before I dropped it off. When I called to ask why I was charged I heard nothing. This place is robbing people and I will never do business with them again and will make sure to tell everybody I can to be careful of this crooks!!!LAMONT D.

The online check in took about 30 mintues once we arrived at CRSS, which was frustrating. However, the truck was clean and well maintained. We originally reserved the Uhal truck to be picked up in Parker, as we were moving withinin Parker town limits. Our reservation was changed to Castle Rock which was disappointing and cost us extra mileage, but we needed the truck. The rest of the experience was good.Michael C.

you over charge me for truck trailers combo i was quote different prices and then when i get there they charge way to much for trailer i call customer service snd dispatch but no help and then on top of that the truck was empty of fuel had to go to closer gas place to fill anyway i wish you could help out i had two trucks snd trailer way over price i thank look at all three i should gating better pricing please call to discuss 303-472 8699DONALD M.
The equipment (truck) was well maintained, but it was very dirty. The windshield and windows were completely filthy when I picked up the truck. Also, difficult to get someone to help you or any find a worker.NICHOLAS B.

My experience with U-Haul was a huge nightmare. I had a reservation in advance in Denver and when I arrived they said that they did not have the reservation for me. I'll be at, I selected a location that said â€œreservation guaranteeâ€ There was no alerts or communication that my reservation was moved and then once I talked to the man who worked there I got an email that said my reservation was all the way in Castlerockâ€¦ 30 minutes away. We were already running very much behind because of this mistake of your company and so instead of driving all the way to Castlerock, we tried to see if there was anything else we could do only to be put on hold for over an hour. Castle Rocks Location wasn't answering their phone and when we got there, they said that they did not have a truck for us. Thankfully they made something work but because of my experience with U-Haul, my move was set three hours behind. Everything was a complete and total nightmare because of your company. Not to mention I heard stories just like mine from about five other people. This type of business is completely unacceptable and especially for people who are moving which is incredibly stressful to begin with, your company needs to make some serious changes. I will never use U-Haul again and I will tell everyone to stay very far away because what happened was completely unacceptable. The workers at the franchises were very kind but the corporate side of your business and whoever handles reservations is doing a terrible job. Do better. Your literal job is to have trucks ready for someone and you can't provide that. Pathetic.EMMA W.

The local U-Haul was GREAT! U-Haul's intervention in my reservation was inexcusable! Leave the reservations to the local U-Haul locations. My only complaint was U-Hsul involvement in changing my reservation to a different location!!STEVEN F.
I was charged a 14 $fee for a service I did not purchase. When I returned the vehicle after hours I did the online return process which asked me if I agreed with the charges. I checked no, and it said an agent would contact me within 24 hrs. No one called. Instead I got a receipt by email that included the additional charge for the service I never agreed to purchase. Also, the guy who checked me in told me there was 1/4 tank of gas and that I needed to return it with the same. The vehicle had slightly more than 1/4 tank when I received it. When I returned it with 1/4 tank, I then learned it should have had 3/4 tank to start and that I was required to return it with 3/4 tank. I will not be renting from Uhaul again. Such dishonest practices. A 40 $rental turned into over 100 $after adding the service I never asked for and have to put more gas in then received it with. The truck dashboard was also very dusty and obviously hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. I marked it needed to be cleaned during the return process online and it tried to charge me a 20 $cleaning fee. Way to be criminals and try to rip people off at every opportunity.NICHOLAS R.

The personnel at Castle Rock Self Storage were not attentive to our arrival and were less than helpful when we arrived home with a nail in the trailer tire. However, roadside assistance was awesome!CHRISTINE B.
Trailer was not hooked up properly and I had to fix it 1 block away. The boss even commented on the hook up and 1 at person checked and said it was fine when I stopped to check it the trailer liftednoff without effort There was an extra charge for pads and a dolly that the website added on. First person said they couldn't do anything about it second fixed problem. I asked about dropping off at another location and he said he put it in So I could drop off any where. 1 at place I called only dealt in trucks. Second was full and he called U-Haul corporate who set up drop off at third.JOSHUA D.
