NEIL PRIDGENThe woman that helped me at the desk of Castor's Auto and Truck Repair on Thursday December 9th was pleasant and very helpful. The van I rented on the other hand was dissatisfying. Maintenance was fine but the interior was gross and smells like cigarettes and I've never smoked a day in my life. I took it into my own hands and at least disinfected the things I was to touch with Clorox wipes and disinfectant spray. If I ever rent another U-Haul in the future I pray it isn't as filthy as this one was.

Carl DietzHorrible ans rude customer service. After no to limited parking i found an open spot. And then the woman aaked me to move my car "next to the other car". So i moved it to where i aaaumed she was speaking of. I get a call 10 mins into my drive and a man gives me attitude and I quote "you parked in fron of my bay door. I know she specifically said to you 'next to pickup truck'." He was not there and that was NOT what she said. This was an extra 18 miles THEY CHARGED ME FOR to come back and move my car. Seems like a scam to be honest. I never take the time to write reviews but this was exceptionally poor concerning service.
Vito LasprugatoOverall uhaul customer service stinks. You sent me 42 miles from my home to pick up the truck. That caused me a lot of stress that I didn't need. I will think twice before I rent from uhaul again.

Shawn TysonThe truck was not clean when I got it. Old cup and pieces of styrofoam in the cab, and the back had trash, hair clips and ties on the floor. I ordered a hand truck/dolly that was not in the truck. I did Mobile pickup and when I got in the truck the check engine light was on and the fuel economy gauge was not working. I then called customer support who transferred me to roadside assistance. I spent over 3 hrs on the phone with uhaul customer service and roadside assistance to get a resolution. They stated since the pickup place was closed they would have to send roadside assistance out. I picked up the truck at 6pm and roadside assistance made it out at midnight. They checked the truck and said it was the O2 sensor and that the vacuum seal was broken. He said it was driveable but would burn fuel faster. I lost the first 6 hours of my reservation dealing with these issues. He was unable to fix the vacuum seal or the fuel economy gauge. I called uhaul customer support to make sure that the truck not being cleaned, the mechanical issues and the missing dolly/hand truck were all noted but they said they couldn't do anything on their end. Truck drove from point A to point B so that was good. In the end I was still charged for the dolly/hand truck that I never received on my receipt and nothing was done by uhaul for the wasted hours.

Robert HigginsTake the time to provide review after hours/weekend drop off procedure including the need to sign into uhaul.com and take pictures of int/ext, etc. It is not enough to say just leave key in the lock box especially when I was overcharged without knowing it (because several details on my contract were incorrect including total number of hours/days, insurance, etc.).
SONDRA JACOBNothing with the physical site but to pick it up wasn't easy as I picked it up within the hour on the app it wasn't allowing me to go any further but did say my express check in was complete. Than to try to contact customer service was a joke after 40 min hold I had to re rent the truck do everything all over and than proceed with everything after being behind because of the issue. Plus couldn't chat with no one online wasn't allowing me to as well I sent an email at which days someone will get back to me in 3 days. So won't be using mobile pick up anymore.

TOMMY BROWNEnsure the truck is on the property before the customer shows up instead of having them waiting for an hour. Make sure the previous renter, who returned the truck late, at least has the decency to sweep the truck clean and fill the tank with gas. 3/4 of a tank of gas and a $20 bill to fill it myself after I already waited for an hour past my promised time is disrespectful and unprofessional. Also never received the "U-Haul Promise" $50 refund for a late truck that was dirty with 3/4 tank of gas.

Stewart HooksI made my reservation for glassboro pickup. Uhaul changed the pickup to sicklerville and never informed me of the change in pickup location. It was a great inconvenience to me because we went to glassboro first to pickup truck and then we had to drive all the way to sicklerville when glassboro had the truck we needed and wouldn't give it to us.

Scott WarnerOne tire on the trailer was very worn and I requested it be replaced to handle an over 500 mile trip. The straps to secure the tires to the dolly were worn and damaged and had to be replaced. The trailer was not ready because of this and I had to return much later to pick up trailer.
