Keith MayWhen I arrived at the drop off location, Philadelphia Gun & Pawn in Philadelphia, MS they told me I could not drop the truck off there because they were no longer associated with uhaul and had not been for a month. I was tired from unloading the truck and traveling from north Mississippi and this made me even more unsatisfied. After calling uhaul again, waiting on hold to talk to an agent I was given a second location to take the truck. I drove the truck to the second location and dropped it off. Never received a signed copy of the contract due to the fact that the agent was unable to pull it up on his computer. Incomitance.

Tien OnealNot the dealer's fault, but the car GPS and Google took us to the wrong address using the given address of the location. Luckily, I stumbled on the location a few blocks away. The guys there were very accommodating and friendly.

David CookCounter person did contract and rental, click click tap tap tap click click, without saying two words, and never once told me there was a $30 'safe tow' charge. I also had to retun to the location for my furniture dolly and pads. They didn't have any pads, which I paid for, so I had to use my own blankets and stuff. They acted like it was an imposition for them to help me.

James DobbsUhaul assigned me to a location that was not my original location. I specifically requested an after hour time (7 am). I spoke with a person at uhaul after they had assigned me to this location, and they assured me it would be no problem. I made contact with the pick up location also. They said, "no problem, call me when you get here, and I will come right up". I called him, and he told me I would have to give him a little time to wake up. He also told me I should "tip them, because they do not usually do this." The truck had candy wrappers on the floor of the cab, so despite us being in a pandemic, was not clean as described. It also only had 1/4 of a tank of fuel. So, I went over 7 miles, because I had to find a gas station (not from this area) that would accommodate the equipment. To keep this from happening again, I left a 1/2 tank for the next customer.
