I was over charged almost 200 $dollars. The location is miss labeled and there is no in person assistance even though the website and customer service say it is an in store location. It is only available though calling customer service and getting a code for a lock box. It is one Ace Hardware not Pet Adventure. It is ridiculous that I am charged almost 300 $for using the van for 3 hours.Jennifer C.

While the folks at Ave hardware were extremely nice and courteous, the experience as a whole was not smooth. I had a confirmation email for my reservation but the system told me I didn't have a reservation at check in. The manager of Ace had to call their u-haul reo, Jay, who was extremely rude to me over the phone continually interrupting me and repeatedly told me I didn't reserve correctly despite my confirmation email. He kept telling me I still had to go online and reserve the truck And eventually he agreed to come down for assistance. Once he arrived he saw my boyfriend with me and changed his tone and started saying that it was Ace's fault that they didn't accept the confirmation on their end then eventually it changed again to the woman ahead of me not returning the equipment properly. The folk's at Ace said they have had nothing but issues and basically this same issue with using your service as well as well as a similar experience with Jay being rude. Jay's position with your company should be reevaluated because I'm pretty sure that location is going to end their contract with u-haul. Luckily they saved my experience and made things as smooth as possible but Jay was extremely rude.Nicholas E.
