Adam FThe one thing that you can do to improve your services, if the older guy at the office was trained properly on how to use computers and on showing customers how to use the equipment , I had to pull my car from NC to TX with driver side window open because he did not show me how to work the trailer so we couldn't open and close the car doors. My things got ruined and damaged my electrical system because we ran into a rain storm. I would not recommend this business to anyone unless there is more training for the employees. The drop off was quite a difference. #1 customers service and know what they're doing.

Debra NI returned the truck a day early and when I arrived and went in the man told to move the truck around to the side. He asked me to bring in the mileage so I took a picture of the mileage and fuel. When I went back in he said you are good to go I will finish everything up. After I leave I get a text that had a picture showing the $25 sign for not having the back clean which I had swept it out. If he had gone outside and inspected the truck when I brought it back instead of just sitting in The office and told me it wasn't to his satisfaction I would have swept it again. When I get the receipt not only did he charge me the $25 he also charged me $49,7 for 3,7 miles over which the receipt says 3,7 miles at $1 per mile. No one ever said anything about I had x amount of miles allowed on this rental. Just said I had a minimum of 3 days. Now my math says if it is $1 per mile that it should have been $3.70. This is thw 2nd time I have been screwed by Uhaul and I will never rent another product from uhaul. There are to many other rental companies out there to rent from. I will be renting trucks in the future due to my business.

Jason HThe first pick-up location never showed. Had people waiting to move me and no truck. Finally got a truck at another location. Then I had to keep the truck longer than expected, which I fully expected to pay for, to find out that I was only allowed 30 miles on the truck which didn't even cover house to house much less to drive to the drop off location. Never ever will I use U-Haul again!! All the surprise fees when you can't do a thing about it is not the way to retain customers. Next time I will do more research on the back end of the rental. It's all a racket taking advantage of people like that!!

Justin PCab had a lot of dirt in it. Truck needs a tune up. Slipped 4 times almost died on ramp. Needs work.
Suzanne BStorage cubes are located inside of the building. Customers loading or unloading the storage cubes use the office entry door that opens to a narrow passenger vehicle parking lot. My car was parked in a customer space near the door. While information for my rental of a cargo trailer was being processed in computer by the only employee on duty, another uhaul customer backed a large uhaul truck into my parked passenger car. She was attempting to position the truck near the entry door to the office. She had been given key(s) to the truck by the employee even though she had informed him that she would not be the driver. He (employee) was on the computer and too busy to assist her outside with the truck, and my car is now damaged. Would I recommend this rental location? Absolutely not.

Ron DHave a list of fees available for all customers up front. . I was looking for prices . KEy prices are per mile and daily rental. Larry was a very good person to work with yesterday. Check the truck...it cut off on me twice during the trip.

Michael BMaybe improve the online part of uploading ID and such. My friend and I were stuck in the office for a while trying to upload IDs but the system kept holding up the pictures. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

SEAN WI checked the hours of operation before drop off. There was no one to check the trailer in at time of drop off. I unhitched the trailer next to like sized trailers took a picture and left.
