The local location was closed, but a representative from Celebrations worked with me over the phone to get my credit card approved and complete the self pickup for the truck. The review is only based on the help I received from the Celebrations representative. The UHAUL on-line procedure was extremely difficult and I wouldn't recommend picking up a truck with that option to anyone.

Greta S.The UHaul was dirty and muddy in the cab, the check engine light was on, and the handle was broke off of the driver's side window. I was charged a $25 cleaning fee and when I spoke to the location I was told to call 1-800 UHaul for a refund. The location in Bedford had no rentals available resulting in having to pay for an additional 15 miles. Therefore, to rent a dirty truck to drive under 10 miles cost me almost $100! I will be renting a trailer and hauling it with my SUV next time or locating a different vendor other than UHAUL.
