The morning of my return the location was scheduled to open at 9:30a in which I arrived on time and no one was available. I called the phone number available and got no answer..I was totally unaware of a drop off box nor an online return system....I waited past 9:45a still no one showed..Needless to say I was late for work due to the unprofessionalism.I'm very dissatisfied with the situation...STANLEY S.

Agent was not knowledgeable about U-Haul at all I spent about an hour to 1 1/2 hours wait. He was video calling someone to guide him my ID and my debit cart on his desk showing the person and couldn't even understand the person directing him. Return was about the same wait time very unprofessional same video call thing and I ended with extras charges but he just blamed it on U-Haul when I asked questions. I really hope something is done about the issue. (I strongly suggest you have the agents trained prior to putting them in the front line dealing with people sensitive information.) He did not know what he was doing he kept calling people. I never received the equipment I needed because he didn't have it there was no Dolly no furniture pad no furniture dolly no appliance dolly I had to inconvenience go somewhere else and I only receive the Furniture pads in 1 dolly. And now I'm looking at this contract and it says I'm missing things that I never received. The truck was in horrible working condition it was not a comfortable ride. Not happy at all with this experience.Aimee P.
