Uhual was not ready the first day I picked up. The lock code was not right when given it in the truck share app. Wasted many hours of my day figuring out and had to re schedule my moving day. Then they tell me they cannot give me a 50$ credit for the reservation which they said they would guarantee for that day. Would not recommend
