Stephanie KI rented the truck for 11 hours, to be dropped off at 7pm. When I got there, he told me he was leaving early that day so I had to keep the truck over night as he did not want it parked there for fear of it being stolen. I did not plan on keeping a 26 foot truck over night so parking it was very inconvenient. He also said I had to have the truck back in the morning before he got there, which I also did not plan on doing right after moving my whole house. To top it all off, when I got there he told me he didn't have any utility dollies after I had booked 2 in my reservation. I would not recommend this place to anyone, it just added lots of stress to the already stressful situation of moving.
Nicholas RUpdate website stating no drop-offs at night and confirm p/u time as we had 10am and office had 11am. The truck overhead part was really dirty, I had to sweep it out before using the truck. Overall this has been the best location and staff is great and the process was pretty smooth and went well.

Marilyn RVery excellent location and customer service. Very easy to extend truck rental. The owner/operator stood out in traffic to help me maneuver. If you have a passenger, have them press the button on the cross walk to take free left turn. Always refuel and clean truck to avoid extra charges.

Jon VWhen a service advisor realizes you live in another town then your rental they should tell you if you do not bring it back to the location you'll be charged $380. I ordered it online and I believe the girl told me it was going to be $20 a day and it was not it ended up being $40 a day. I only needed the trailer for 3 Days but because I was going to be in that town for 7 days it sat for 7 days. I wish they would say a little bit more because I would have been better off renting it one way.
Kent WTruck was clean, check engine light on and warning that all tires were low in dash. Gentlemen said it was fine and he would fix it after I returned it. First time I've been asked to provide a gas receipt for the gas I put in the truck also. If I had known this was the location I would have found a different place to rent, didn't realize that was the address for this facility, now I know.

louis bGentleman who assisted us made us stand in the rain to complete the transaction. Spent 45 minutes trying to use his phone to do the transaction. Had to call customer service to try to fix. The box portion of the truck was full of drug paraphernalia.

Leticia DThe location is not much to look at, and leaving a car parked for a day in the area is an unknown quantity. Lots of traffic so probably ok. The gentleman running the place is great. This was my second rental from this location. The equipment was in good condition and clean.

Reynelda SI reserved 3 weeks prior to my rental day, day of was relocated to this location. I drove an extra 20ish mikes or so at $1,89 a mile due to new location pickup. Truck was completely empty (should not be the new rental customers responsibility to add fuel) and was asked to return with 1/4 tank. Dean at this location was great, but I'm not sure I would use U-Haul again?
