The lady who handled the rental was very friendly but poorly trained. Her husband knew how to handle the rental but was busy with golf cart customers. I was overcharged but Uhaul eventually credited my card.

Check-in to pick up the truck, which had already been done on-line, took an extremely long time.

didn't have all of the equipment that I rented. Also, I drove past 2 locations much closer to my house and both of them had the trailer I needed, even though I was told there weren't any. Not sure what is happening there, but I will think twice before renting again.

I booked my uhaul a week ahead of time in the town I live(d) in and they waited until the day before I was picking it up to tell me I would actually have to pick it up 20 min away in the wrong direction.
