This location has a great u-haul equipment business. The people on site were very friendly, courteous, and helpful.

I think the checkout and check back in process is overly automated, and it wasn't clear to what extent I would need to provide photos when I returned the vehicle, and I believe an inspection with the sales person would have been better than simply looking at and approving pictures of the vehicle. For instance, a driver's side mirror was cracked but i didn't notice that until after I left with the vehicle. The return process suffered from some glitches in the web-based portal.
