It was my worst experience ever, I ordered the trolley and the blanket protection and I didn't find anything! I paid a professional to do the moving because I don't find what I ordered! It cost me 700$ extra because I don't find what I requested.

PIERRE L.I made the reservation with an Ontario driving license and went through the security check using the same ID but it required more people to obtain an authorization. I have lost time and it was pretty stressful. It was also something that could have been done at the reservation time instead of early the day I was moving. Also, there was not a dolly nor a manual truck even if I ordered one. I had brought myself a backup so it was fine in the end. Except these two details, it was pretty good experience. I love the automatic check-in and check-out, very efficient!

I wasn't able to upload photos until I usee chrome and not the store app. Even with that I couldn't finish the check in as one of the questions showed a vrey non clickable button. Also the system obliged me to add the 18$ coverage that I didn't feel I needed for my trip. Because of the app, I lost almost 30 minutes but then this wasn't taken into consideration as I received a message with the original time to return the van.

Roberto G.When I take the trailer I was told I can drop it at other UHaul. I pay an extra fees to drop at a different location. On my contract I choose to drop to another UHaul. I thought I can do that since. The person at UHaul location When I drop was not there. I call him and he told me I can drop there. I get charge another 150$.

Moataz M.Complete disappointment with this company. Reserved a 10' truck but because they didn't have available, was given a 15' truck instead. Estimated costs of the rental was 1/3 of what it cost me. Also, the truck was stuck on ice in a regular city parking lot, but Uhaul told me it was the driver's fault and was quick to charge me 325$ to assist. Next time I will need a rental, you can be sure I'm going anywhere but Uhaul.

Nevertheless, the truck is a disaster. 1-The gas level equipment doesn't show the right quantity and even though I put more gas it didn't show the right quantity. 2- They ask you to pay for an insurance that you already have on your own car… Overall, it's better to rent somewhere else than U-Haul… they trick you with the 19,99 price they show on….It comes more expensive than other companies No more business with them
kreshnik M.Le service d'auto-cueillette fut une CATASTROPHE !!! l'application uhaul n'est absolument pas conviviale et l'aide de la téléphoniste a été nécessaire...un appel qui a duré 45 MINUTES !!! et elle a elle-même eu besoin de contacter le service informatique. Je suis totalement insatisfaite...d'autant plus que pour 43 petits klm parcourus avec le camion, on me charge 29$ d'essence !!! du VOL!

tony B.The truck (driving) cabine was dirty with coffee stains on the dashboard and debris on the floor. When I reserved I asked for 2 platforms (that I also confirmed over the phone) and a blanket. The truck did not contain any platform and had a dolly in it.

Marc L.Confusing service!!! :( Hello, I was told for my recent contract adjustment that I can go and return my rental to any u-haul location at no additional charge. I updated my rental contract so that I am able to return it at any location which is why I returned to Gouin. The inexperienced store employee there could not see that I had adjusted my contract to return at any location and said that I had to go to my original location with it which is not the case...

georges A.The dollies and blankets I reserved weren't in the truck, (the sliding door was not locked), and the transmission was very slippery. I was using the app and its glitches made me lose 1 hour of work. The customer service lady I called had extended my rental by 1 hour at no extra charges but it was charged anyway on my final bill. Really not impressed! Will never deal with this particular dealer again.

Linda D.Super. Even on Christmas Day you guys had customer service and it is pretty safe. I like that “double verification†where someone verified information before allowing me to take the truck. Very useful and keeps fraud away. I used to rent with discount but from now on it is uhaul or nothing! Thanks for this self serve. It is a life saver seriously.

SIMON W.the Android app did not enable the CONTINUE button even after I took a photo of the dashboard many times (dropping off the cargo van). I tried at least 5 times since scratch but the result was the same. Luckily to me, the website dropoff worked well.

CHABI SIKA FAIZ G.It wasn't clear there would be a charge for refuelling and if we do refuel it's hard to determine how much to refuel. So in the end we just paid. If there was a clear indication how much to refuel it would be nice. We were also first time user so we were a bit anxious on how using the Uhaul website will work for checkout. It would be good an email was sent to let us know how it work after you sign in. The email only told us to get to the location and sign in to the app. Only when I sign in it told me to turn in my gps but it took a long while for my gps to be on and the app keeps saying it's off. In the end I used my wife's phone where she had her gps on for a while and it worked. I think this part could be improved. Letting users know to turn in gps before signing in via an email or in the error message to tell the user that gps may take a few minutes before its detected or maybe a refresh option.

Richophene J.Le clé du camion n'était pas dans le casier comme prévue. Cette situation m'a causé d'énorme désagrément. Le service est vraiment mauvais. L'application ou site web ne fonctionnait pas sur mon Iphone. De plus, le service à la clientèle au téléphone ont tous la fâcheuse habitude de transférer sans indiquer oû sera transférer l'appel. Beaucoup d'amélioration à faire.

Ridha D.This was not our preferred location and though it was only a 4 mile distance from our preferred location, it was a 45 minute drive in rush hour traffic. We also requested a 10' truck and received a 15' truck. I was told this was a "free upgrade", however it was too big and ended up costing us more in fuel. Though I realize that this has nothing to do with the location, and when I called Uhaul I was reminded that location of pick up and size of truck cannot be guaranteed. My main issue with this location was that I did not receive our invoice/price breakdown. I called Uhaul yesterday afternoon and they could not send it. I will have to call again today.
Ryan C.J'ai perdu la clé et votre service 1800 n'a jamais été en mesure de m'aider concrètement. Ils étaient tous gentils mais sans solution. J'ai due m'organiser tout seul et payer $400 pour une clé et j'ai perdu $500. d'honoraires. Pas ma meilleur journée et certainement pas une belle expérience avec U HAUL. Je vais recommander le garage mais pas U HAUL.
