They don’t have accessories like dolly

Doit accompagné le client avant de donner la clef pour la lecture KLM. vérifier faire le tour de la voiture avec le client. Et remettre papier signer . Quand le client retourne la voiture doit refaire la même démarche. Pas normal que le client apporte la clef et qu'il n'y a pas de vérification et de papier avec le prix que je dois payer. Quelqu'un d'autre peux utiliser le camion a mes frais ou même faire un accident .Cette façon de procédé Nest pas bon du tout. Pas sécuritaire rassurent pour les clients. Moi j'avais pris des photos avant le départ et au retour.

My case is not resolved. I have called. I have made a complaint. No one has called me back. Next week I plan to escalate it to a higher level if no one responds to me. It's unacceptable.

The car I got full of snow and freezing it tooks me 30 minutes to clean and warm the car

Camion déjà sale quand je l'ai pris et on m'a facturé 40$ de nettoyage ( passer la moppe!!) quand ce n'est même pas moi qui a sali. Aussi, on me facture 35$ pour du millage qui n'était pas au contrat… le retour changeait de destination en même temps que je conduisais le camion… Je veux mon remboursement de 75$

It was less then the quarter and I took a picture of it and I send it the them and I turned it back like it was before and they charge me 30$. That's not right that's steeling

I would have prefered to pick up the truck at the Montreal location as requested. The staff at Chomedey were helpfull and helped with the check in process.

Shitty van, weird location, waited 20 min to pick up the van, no initial inspection any on top of that, lots of surprise fees on the final invoice, which doubled the total. It'll be fixed but a lot of hassles.

J’ai loué le camion pour 4 heures de temps et les frais estimé était de 58$. Depuis ma location du 7 octobre, j’ai vu 3 facturations différentes et vous m’envoyer par courriel une nouvelle facture de 170$. Je suis très mécontent de votre service. Ce que vos employés me dise à la centrale sur la facturation et ce que je reçoit par courriel ne correspond pas. Il n’est pas question que je paie plus que l’estimation initiale soit autour de 60$. Je n’aurais jamais loué un camion de 10 pieds pour 4 heures à 230$… vous devez solutionner ce problème avant que j’aille à la protection aux consommateurs.

Price was higher than expected. The app didn't function in any case. The truck was parked in a way I had to squeeze it out of there without hitting anything. Very disappointed. Even tho it has been charged on the card I still haven't received invoice

I was really disappointed to have to pick up the truck in Laval when I had reserved at a service station near my home in St-Eustache. First of all, it wastes us time and second, it increases mileage.You should confirm the rental location when booking the truck to avoid inconvenience. In addition, my confirmation said that we could pick up the truck at 8 a.m., but the garage only opened at 9 a.m. So we had to wait more than an hour outside, because we where a long distance from our home. Finally, they didn't have the dolly we had booked.

La personne qui se trouvait au garage du Boul Chomedey Laval, QC H7V2W9 le 26 mai 2021, s'est joué de moi en me demandant ma carte de crédit pour soi-disant compléter la transaction (alors que je me suis assuré chez moi de passer la commande avec le VAN U-Haul qui était disponible; Surprise par la suite en découvrant que ma banque a débité mon compte en me chargeant en plus l'assurance risque ET...le 28 mai un autre montant a été débité de ma compte bancaire à partir de cette succursale de Laval. FAÎTES ATTENTION AUX MANIPULATIONS DE CES INDIVIDUS, AUTREMENT VOUS TOMBEREZ DANS UNE ARNAQUE. NE DONNEZ JAMAIS VOTRE CARTE DE CRÉDIT.

The staff was very nice and helpful, just that the truck had some soft drinks in it, and some snacks. definitely wasnt clean. I'd go back though.

I was not called to notify me that the pickup location has changed. I moved to the location set in the confirmation I received by email and was surprised that the office did not have my reservation. I had to move from Montreal to Laval. the vehicle was not clean. lack of seriousness.

Déçu au niveau après-vente, j'ai reçu une facture et un courriel uniquement en anglais... Dommage. Le lien pour accéder au sondage de satisfaction de la clientèle se trouve dans un courriel rédigé en français mais ceci nous mène à un sondage rédigé en anglais. Très ordinaire.

I had ordered 24 blankets and a dolly, when I got there, was told they don't carry any kind of supplies (even though your web site and your customer service said different). I had to go several kilometers to another UHaul store. It was inconvenient as when I was returning, I, first return the supplies to one UHAUL, then drive to leave the truck in another. As to the processing of fuel and mileage, the person who knew what to do was not there, the man they said they didn't know when he would be back, but would completed billing process when he came and would send me an email to me. Which I received today, two days later. Every on the billing looks ok. But the extra mileage to get the blankets and dolly, I don't feel I shud be charged for. The owner should tel tne costumer he has to retern at the same place. Because we were sure we could return the van anywhere . WE , my son and I were very angry about that, we phone the central and they could not do nothing about that.No more U-Haul for US.

En réservant, quelques jours avant, j'avais demandé un charriot pour meuble. Au site de location, ils n'avaient pas de charriot. Il me semble que le site de réservation aurait pu vérifier si tout l'équipement commandé et réservé était disponnible au site de location. Merci de me lire Serge

Staff not there on time (almost two hours late), truck damage not properly marked, and equipment ordered appears on bill but not in the truck.

This provider was extremely flexible and accommodating. A great rental experience.

The uhaul app was HORRIBLE and added to stress. App doesn't work when uploading pictures for self verification - lots of bugs. When I called customer service because the app didn't work during the pickup time, I got transferred when the agent multiple times and nobody resolved my issue.

A bit cleaner please... I had to pick up papers and the supplied blankets were just thrown around the van. Great service apart from that.
