I reserved 2 furniture dollys, 1 utility dolly, and 6 furniture pads, and was told the location had none of these. I understand there is a shortage in the area but still, extremely frustrating.

Jesus MI only used 3 miles. The gas meter was already below what was indicated before even using the vehicle. I notified the front desk and he told me it was fine and don't worry about it. I come back. The needle didn't move and told the front desk. I was charge $10 extra for the gas

Judith SPlease cancel the storage unit, the Uhaul Rep made this reservation in error. Don't need storage unit in this city/state. I'm not sure why Uhaul could not cancel this since they were able to make the reservation to begin with. Please make sure no charges are on my card for this incorrect reservation.

Michael CSEE ABOVE WORST CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE DETAILS. I will not recommend UHaul to anyone. UHaul corporate customer service is not capable of actually delivering customer service. UHaul does not care at all about the time, money, and hassle they create for customers when they change your pick up location last minute.

Louise HVery friendly and helpful personell! Otherwise the worst ever. Water damage in unit and the whole building completely mice infested. Had to replace an expensive mattress due to water damage and a rug. And there was mouse poop in everything. Unsanitary and a health hazard!

Michael MI had 2 days with the truck and I was able to do everything I needed within the first day and I wasn't given a reimbursement on an already expensive tab. I thought a credit was definitely in order. So essentially the company can now rent the truck out sooner than planned and double dip on my hard work. I just felt robbed and unsatisfied. I wish management would reach out with some good news for this hardworking American.

eric KThe gas gauge was not very clear. I picked up the vehicle with a tad more than a quarter of a tank of gas. I traveled 70 miles and replaced the 3 gallons of gas used ( I actually put in 5 gallons). It appeared to the eye that I replaced the appropriate amount of gas. I returned the truck and received a surcharge of 30 dollars for insufficient gas. Essentially, I was charged about $55 for using at most $20 worth of gas. Not only will I never rent a vehicle from this location again, I have already posted negative reviews on Facebook and yelp.

I felt I was treated so well that I found myself trying to go above and beyond with the cleanliness of the vehicle upon return. You really need more employees like them!!

Zapata GAudrey in the office was amazing. She has an outstanding personality and did a very nice job of handling me, and everyone else who came into the office while I was waiting. She made the experience seamless. The downside: we expected contactless, arrived early as we were told to do via websites and then email confirmation only to find the doors locked and a message on our smartphone saying sorry you can't pick this up until the office opens, an hour later!!!!!! This issue needs to be resolved from your website which cost us time and money. Audrey saved the day.

Newton AWhen I picked up the vehicle, it had puke on the passengers side which I didn't see because it was parked too close to the other vehicles, the washer fluid was empty, which I had to purchase some, the rear drivers tail light does not work for any function, it needed an oil change when picked up and the shocks are worn out causing it to bounce while on the highway. Just picked up another vehicle and this one needs an oil change and wiper fluid also. These trucks are not maintained at all. Fire the maintenance crew. I'll maintain them for a fee since no one else does it.

JOHN GI didn't have any food in my storage space but when I went to take my things out there was a lot of mice drops in almost all my belongins I even found one dead mice. I think the owners and the customers should take a little more care about their spaces.
