Our original pickup location in Valley View TX was a horrible experience. Uhaul moved out pickup to that location and did not inform us that they were closed on Sundays, when we got to the location the staff was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. The lady named April just tossed and hand written number at me and said not her problem. Once we located another pickup location in Denton the staff was so helpful. We drove from Florida to TX to move my fater-in-law and had this rental confirmation for over a week in advance so it was very frustrating. Once it came to drop off we mad either to that location on Saturday at 9:45 and the app was not working to allow me to complete the return. I called the customer service numer and the lady said she would document that we did drop on time. We received a call on Monday morning from the drop off location and was talked to extremely rudely because we left the blankets in our other truck. We managed to get those to him but now have been charged $161 extra for late drop off. Just over all disappointed on customer service with the exception of the Denton TX location
Joshua LWas holiday weekend return. No one there for returning truck. Had to return next day to finish return. Honestly return location could be a cleaner environment outside. Looks like an abandoned business.
Melissa BI was really upset that the trailer we rented was put on the truck and the lights did not work because we didn't have the proper wiring and the gentleman that put it on the truck told us to do what we can to get them to work and drove all the way to Ohio with no brake lights, had to us the headlights to flash the people behind us to see that we were stopping on it but no brake lights so I thought U-Haul was supposed to check when they were attached to a vehicle before they leaving. the property. I have rented U-Haul and this has never happened. We didn't have a choice was already loaded. We look for two days for someone that might have the attachment for the headlights from the trailer to the truck could not find anything I was never so frustrated. Needless to say I will never rent from U-Haul again I thought safety was our priority.
ALLAN Mconfusing location, not sure where office is because an old U Haul dealer still has signs up and the rental vehicle line up almost al the way to their sign.

emerald bYou charged me $57 extra dollars on top of $3 600 because I got there an hour after? I moved to a new place and had trouble finding where to go. So not only did I get a broken uhaul and then then pay well over an extra grand for gas, you all thought "hell, what's am extra $57?" The man in Bath,NY would have found a way to get rid of it.

edna bThe place was disgusting and filthy. Stray cars walking around every where, trash and junk all over the parking lot. The man's store, you couldn't even walk around in. The 2 men there were very rude and charged me $100 cleaning fee when the truck was clean. I took photos. Horrible experience!

mary wI returned the U-Haul at 11:00 AM Saturday. I found the office to be not open on Saturday, so I called the number on the door. I was told to lock the truck and drop the key in the box, which I did. I filled the tank before I dropped the truck off.
