There was no one there which was expected but the directions for drop off were awful. There were only normal sized parking spots in a small parking lot. When I initially parked the truck it stuck way out into the only parking aisle. I had to have someone help me back the truck into a spot near bushes so the back end would fit. There were no signs indicating I was in the right place or even a Uhaul key drop box sign. I tried calling Uhaul and the recording said the wait was 1,5 hrs. I dropped the key into the slot in the door (usually for mail) and hoped that was the right place.Victoria P.

This drop off location was just weird. No u-haul branding or anything to indicate that it was an official u-haul drop off location. Nobody was there during business hours (returned at noon). A cot was visible in the window with bedding. No u-haul branded drop key box but just a slot in the wall by the door. Nobody would answer the phone number that was provided. Just a very strange experience and nothing to indicate that it was a legitimate u-haul drop off location.PATRICK K.

No U Haul location signs posted anywhere. Drop box had no Uhaul information to identify it. After hours procedure was far to inconvenient. The owner of the Tax company drove up and had presented no ID, but asked me for the key. I did not give it to him, but did put it in the drop box when he showed it to me. The entire process to include a very unflattering drop off location was disgusting. I strongly suggest that UHaul have their regional office inspect this immediately. I haver serious reservations for future business with Uhaul because of this disappointing experience..James P.

I choose the self-drop off option and there was no indication where the u-haul or the keys should be dropped off. It was very unclear if we were even in the right location! The sign on the business said it was open but no one was there to assist. I know that most places have limited hours due to COVID but there wasn't a sign saying such. I had no idea if they just stepped out, were closed or if someone just wasn't opening the door. I even tried calling their phone to see if I could get a voicemail with more information but it kept ringing. I would not go back to this location again.Mark S.

Location was not marked with any signage of Uhaul. Located on a strip mall no visible equipment could be seen. Number on building not marked and signage for tax service was tiny. The gentleman we gdealt face to face with was great. He had no clue how to do return paperwork or generate refund. He was on the phone with owner numerous times to have owner explain what to do. They wanted to send a check as no petty cash was available. This was not acceptable, my deposit was required on the spot my refund should have been handled the same way. I spoke with owner on phone he advised me to drove to another location for refund. I had already driven 1200 miles, was where I was scheduled to be and refused to drive further. My view is I did everything I could to maintain the condition of trailer, drove the 55mph speed, went way out of my way to retrieve trailer and was not doing more. Enough is enough. Consequently, the gentleman at return site went to bank and drew money out of his personal account to pay us. Kudos to him, his boss should be ashamed.Barbara M.
