The truck was dirty in the cargo area and the cabin, I ordered furniture dollies and they were not there but got charged for them despite indicating they were not upon pickup. The app doesn't work properly. The truck felt and sounded like it would fall apart. For the amount of money paid I expected a bit more. Only good part was the customer service representative. Overall low rating and bad experience

The truck was in terrible conditions. The gas gauge was broken and the truck left us stranded o. The side of the road because it was out of gas. The worst experience ever!

No instructions how to get the key. This location is in the middle of a school. No one to help. I had to call and figure out with customer service for over 30 minutes in the hot sun how to get the lock code its like finding a needle in a haystack. The truck itself as soon as you turn it on say that the Tire Sensor sytem needs to be services thats what I walked into hen i turned on the truck with the flat tire signal. I went around and check the tires and everything was good so I used the truck. Truck was maintained ok but the back flat bed area was dirty on the bed area. Then to return the truck was the biggest mission you have to take pictures of everything if I would have known this I would have parked in an area that was more accessable to open the doors than parking next to two other Uhal truck. Over to get the truck and drop off was not that bad but just knowing no one is there to help or who to ask is not good. Im computer savy and I cant imagine someone that barely knows how to check theri phone email to do this.

Truck was full of ants. No one is ever at location within business hours to attend to customers. I returned truck within 8hours, however I was charged for 2 and now location not responding.

My morning started by arriving at Sheridan Village storage and no truck was available. Then I was sent to the Chabad on a Saturday and uhaul is closed at that location on Saturdays. There were no instructions on how to retrieve a truck from there until I called the agent at Sheridan Village and he walked me through the process! All was crazy and I won't do it again!

I requested no insurance on my reservation. During the pick up, I was never asked if I wanted insurance, but I was charged insurance. I do not know if the issue is with the location or with the reservation site, but in any case I was charged for something I didn't want.

I rent a dolly and is not here! I loss time one hour wait a answer and don't have!and the officer was close this Sunday

Still waiting for a receipt from my rental. I wasn't permitted inside so cannot review the facility. Person took keys at the door and said they would email a receipt. Was unexpected but it was raining outside where the truck was parked. Please send a receipt.

Picking up the vehicle on Saturday was very difficult. There was no wifi. However, when I went to turn in my vehicle, the gentleman, Maury was very kind and assisted me with my question that the uhaul site nor phone number could help me.

We had no instructions on how to get the truck out of chabad as it was a gated parking lot. Upon returning the truck there was no one answering the phone number listed on the gate to let us park the truck inside the gate. I found someone on property and before I could finish explaining the problem, they closed the door on me. Very rude !! We ended up parking the truck outside the gate in an outer parking lot..... looks like someone else had the same issue and park their truck return outside too..... also my truck had a blankets pack but no dolly.

My reservation said it was at a different location, so I went there first and then they sent me to this location. There was only a little sign that was hard to see. I finally found it and there was a phone number to call. The man who was helping me did not allow me inside (it was raining out - I was under an awning but had to look for all my information standing outside. As he was trying to help me, his kids were bothering him and he was paying more attention to them telling them the "mommy would take care of ...." Totally unprofessional! I had to try to unlock the padlock (in the rain) to get the key to the truck!!! Will NEVER rent from there again!!!! When I return the truck after hours, I had to leave it in a parking lot next to their parking lot then I had to go through a gate (which I couldn't find) so I squeezed in between the the two locked gates of the lot to return the key ---- horrible experience!!!

The phone pickup was not user friendly. It's hard to get into this property also to get the truck. On the phone with uhaul took 30 mins and they couldn't help us get the key. It took forever to get someone on the phone and they couldn't help. After 45 mins we just figured it out alone. It was stressful. To drop off the truck. Another mission. As you can't get access to the property. People just left trucks outside.

I reserved a 20'' but when I got to the location I was giving a 10'' . Although agent was apologetic and nice, he stated he did cancel the reservation but u-haul did not notice me. It was a great inconvenience.

Self service location. Truck cab was dirty, with cigarette ashes and empty cigarette box littering the floor. Truck cargo area was dirty. Additional equipment reserved was not provided. Awful experience.

Customer service was poor. Made me drive truck off a curve. Parking lot was blocked. Took 30 min to receive key at pick up.

The reservation was not ready for my pick up time. I was delayed 45 minutes and this set me back for my move. The truck I had was clean but not well maintained. The alignment was awful and made driving the truck very challenging.

Nothing. Excellent customer service. Convenient and expedient check out and check in process. The representative that met with me was awesome!!! He really went out of his way to ensure I had a wonderful experience!!!
